This is my third visit expected a lot better service the pet swimming pool was very dirty and no staff was available to assist. In the restaurant the staff was good, but please make sure that someone is always there I had to leave my table multiple times to call the guy. And get the staff better training once my pet finished swimming they didn’t even blow dry him properly they wouldn’t even brush him had to tell them thrice to do their job properly. But must say the staff were very helpful and polite

A good getaway for a day or two with your pets. Swimming pool of human and pets are very well maintained. Food is good but quite expensive. The rooms are not maintained well, cleanliness is not up to the mark, sofas need cleaning, there are no fans in the rooms, you'll need to use AC even to circulate air and there are no mosquito nets in the windows, so you'll not be able to keep the windows open without having the trouble of mosquitoes. The staff is courteous and respond nicely and you have room service if you don't want to go to the restaurant.

It's a lovely place for a long drive off the city, and traffic. It's not very crowded, decently priced, not very expensive. Pet friendly.

the place is lovely for your pets! but for humans maybe it could be a lot better maintained. the rooms have a mouldy smell and you may get an allergic reaction if you are sensitive to it. Also felt the staff could be a bit more friendly. food is decent! and the pool for pets is quite nice.

We halted here for a quick coffee ended up having lunch. Ordered smoked chicken pizza and Jalapenos cheese balls. Pizza was cold and cheese balls were full of potato. Presentation of the dish was good sadly not the dish itself.

It is a fun place for families and pets. Had gone for a day visit. They have 2 pools one for pets and the other for humans. The property is well maintained. The service was a bit slow but the food was delicious! Will definitely be visiting the place again.

Pet pool is very good. But the floor tiles surrounding the pet pool is very slippery for pets. Strongly suggest for replacing suitable flooring. Food and beverages are good. Although we visited 7 times to this place, never got an opportunity to taste firewood pizzas. Accommodation is expensive.

I tried this place last week after seeing good amount of reviews. However, my experience was bad. The moment i entered, there was nobody to guide upon the services they offer… we had to enquire everything on our own. The food was average but overpriced… also wanted to try the pool and dog area, the pool was very dirty (even the one for humans) also there was no guard or handler present so i refrained from the pool, the dog park area was good… i liked the dog park as it seemed well maintained and my dog enjoyed the place. Overall, i felt the staff is not at all bothered about their guests… the guy who is incharge of the pool and the park, wasn’t even in this world, he seemed high on something, he wouldn’t even listen or answer to the queries we had… overall, an average experience…

Great place with budgeted stay. Super fun place for pets. Major focus of this resort is pet which is best part. Food is good here as well and they provide barbecue as well. Couple of things to work upon is to allow liquors outside and to have more fun activities for human. Lot of mosquitoes, so don’t forget to take odomas.

I wish there was a negative rating here... All of the good part was wiped off with a few things which really spoilt all our vacation. Basic facility of water was a huge issue.. when asked they said there was an issue with the pressure pump... of the 4 days we stayed.. the issue was there for 3 days... everytime we wanted to use the bathroom we had to call the manager to temporarily restart the pressure pump....which used to work for 15 to 20 mins and then go off...leaving us with almost no water... We had taken Den 1.. the shower head was broken... none of the doors were closing properly due to wood swelling or bending of the doors.. Surroundings and the pet pool wasn't maintained well.. Service and food was good...staffs were friendly...good and open space for pets to play.... but what's all that without basic needs like water being an issue? We Wil not be visiting this place again for sure...

Amazing place! A must visit! Both my dogs had such a blast in the open area and the dog pool. The barbeque set up for humans was delicious!

The food is decent and good. Hygiene, cleanliness, and service not up to mark. The restaurant area get very hot even on normal days as their roof is made of metal sheets if I am not wrong. It was very hot for us to sit for a long time.

We went there for a day trip on a Sunday. This location is far outside of Bangalore city. The restaurant is okay - nothing special. The play area for the pets could be much better. I would not be visiting again.

Exotic location great rooms which are clean and well maintained. Food is good as long as you wish for simple veg / non-veg food . Definitely try the ginger tea ! Pet areas are kept clean unlike previously and well maintained. The pool for humans and separate pool for dogs are great.

My pet thoroughly the pool and play area. The pool and deck area needed more cleaning. Ambience and location is very good. Worth visiting with your pet. Plan to arrive early if your pet is not friendly with other pets.

Love this place! Especially the swimming pool and the play area that is specifically for dogs. The staff, Shibu is our favorite, is extremely polite and courteous. They make sure that you have a comfortable stay. Would prefer better hot water facility, more food options on the menu. If you have a dog, this place is definitely worth a visit. We stay for 2-3 days and we enjoy our stay.

I recently hosted my boy's birthday party there along with his furry friend.. He had the time of his life along with all the invited guests.. The staff there is super friendly and efficient and was a very well organised event.. Thank you so much Grandpaw!!

Overall 3.5/5 We went with our pet dog on 28 Dec 22. The property is not very huge but they have an enclosed play area for pets and a pool for them too. They also have a swimming pool for humans. Both the polls were clean. The rooms are good and clean. We stayed in HIVE1 which accomodates 4. The food was okay not that great and the staff can be better.

This is a great place. I'm not posting pictures nor saying much. I suggest you experience the place and the people. You will want to return soon.
