Worst fellow that owner was very greedy about money he charged us 300 Rs per day without any facility just for putting our luggages in his PG for just 4 to 5 hours .....but he talks to us as nice person very bad experience we have there please don't go there .....please don't go there... I don't even want to rate 1 star to him.....

Reasonable monthly rents with good room facilities with vechile parking facilities

the rooms are pretty well maintained and the staff behavior is also excellent. It is a good place i will recommend for a stay. Have a good homely nature. I wish to come again soon.

Very unprofessional behavior from the owner. He doesn't care for students or anyone. Wants only money as if like he is giving everything. Please don't go and avoid being looted by him. Yes sir , such a gentleman who doesn't even know how to talk to a person politely,what (puksatte,Dharma chatra - lol😂😂😂) yes yes such a gentleman,even if u give anything for free I am damn sure no one is gonna look at u,yes as u said what goes around comes around ,I hope exactly it happens Soo,,and spreading negative review plz don't be kidding,facts are facts whoever the gentleman is especially for some people 😂

Don't know how few people posted wrong comments and reviews for such a wonderful place. ITS THE BEST ROOMS FOR THIS PRICE IN SHIMOGA. SO PEACEFUL, CLEAN AND SECURE. HOMELY FEELING. THE OWNER LOVES AND CARES HIS TENENTS WITH LOTS OF RESPECT ACTUALLY. VISIT YOU WILL ONLY KNOW THE QUALITY THEY PROVIDE

Good place to stay without any disturbance, employees here or very polite and rooms are well cleaned and maintained
