Great restaurant with a variety of tasty foods. North Indian food, South Indian food and even Chinese food items are available here. I ordered Paneer butter masala with rotis, and I tell you it was tasty. Cold drinks and sweets are also available here. Of you are a fan of veg thali, you can get that here too. You have to do self service, there are no waiter to call upon. When you enter, pick up the menu card, choose the items you wanna eat, pay the bill at the counter, take the receipt, give that receipt to the food counter guy, wait for a few minutes, get the food, grab the table, and eat that up. I ate chhola bhatura here, Bhatura was super duper oily, oil got collected in the plate , I changed the plate but same case with another plate also. Too much oily bhatura. I used 3 tissues to wipe off the oil, still a lot of oil was there. Chhole was good. Masala dosa was ok, idli was ok

Tasty and good vegetarian udupi food at affordable price. Tried poori, idli, set dosa and masala dosa on different visits and all are good. A plate of 3 pooris with mixed veg curry costs Rs.45. Also a plate of set dosa and veg curry costs the same - Rs.45. We can see orders being picked by food delivery apps and many customers. Clean and neat seating space.Good staff behaviour. Only concern here is hand wash area which is damaged and not well maintained.

I ordered ghee plain dosa and mushroom noodles. I was not disappointed. The restaurant isn't as clean and uptight as most 'udipi' named restaurants but you can overlook that and enjoy a great meal .

Hello all this is Rama Krishna and welcome to my reviews.. Today my roommate and I went for lunch there. We ordered Gobi fried rice. This is the first time I'm tasting gobi fried rice in Karnataka. They served me red colour rice and I was quite shocked 😲. Apart from these I even try some items. Coming to taste not bad. Don't forget to like this...

Food is okayish but the service here is bad. There are people sitting in cash counter who can't even speak kannada and expect everyone to speak in his native language which is wierd and not acceptable at all.

Me and my friends usually go to this restaurant pricing is nominal and food is also good. You can buy south indian meal just for ₹60 that one meal is enough for a person. Although the food and pricing are good the ambience and atmosphere is somewhat okay.

Udupi is a city in the southwestern coastal area. Udupi cuisine is a Mangalorean cuisine with an unique taste of veggies and locally available ingredients. One of the best place to have vegetarian meals. Here both the south indian items as well as the North Indian items are well prepared which can be inferred from its taste. As per the price the North Indian items may seems to be a pinch in the pockets but the quality and the quantity served here is excellent. Here the rules of self service is awesome. Staffs working here are also responsive. Twice a week in this place is good to go with.

Billing and service is systematic. The best of Udupi is the strong tea and the worst is pav bhaji. You get good South Indian food at reasonable prices. Overall a good experience for for food and seating area.

Was fine and cost effective until today (8.38pm 7th Sep) when I bit on a nicely COOKED CATERPILLAR in my Dal Khichadi (rs. 95/-). Took it to the owner, he refunded my money (though he denied that it could happen) . Didn't create a ruckus as I saw no point in ruining other diners' appetite. extreme lack of hygiene exhibited. Won't mind paying more for my food henceforth. #Caterpiller #nohygiene
