    Worst company. No coordination between customer care executives. Advisors are fooling customers by giving wrong information to customer to get good ratings. I wish I can attach screen shot and call recordings . The advisor (customer care executive) can cut your call and no penalty (quality check is on them) . Chat executive will wait for customer to go , so that customer doesn't give bad ratings. I have been raising complaints since last 2 weeks (15 days approx) . Basically, I ordered an unstitched suit material. Their quality team and warehouse team didn't check the product and delivered it to me without "duppatta set" in it . The day it was delivered I raised complain and did 50 calls , 5 chats . But , you will be shocked to hear their resolution. So, they have to say that you want partial refund for duppatta. 🙄 Customer has given them delivery charge (convenience fees) to get complete product. While they are giving you advice to compromise on duppatta even if it's fault from their end. After raising incomplete order duppatta missing complain, their advisor created return request under reason "others" with quality check compulsory . Delivery agent said he can't pick up because it's having no duppatta set and he will be charged with penalty. So, basically it's like a trap .If they already know that duppatta is missing in it then what's the point of quality check. It's been aporox 1 month. They said to wait . Worst services .😡😡. I was their regular customer. If they have done this to me , just imagine their level of frauds.

    Worst service ever . I ordered a pair of adidas shoes from the app but received only one shoe , the other one being a ladies chappal . Upon return AJIO denied refund saying it failed the quality check inspite of me informing the costumer care about the wrong product being sent . Customer care associates being super rude and of no use as they’re like robots trained to say "sorry sir we cannot help you . Can u assist you with anything else ? " repeating the same thing again and again instead. Please do not buy from AJIO

    While the order process is smooth, beware of the product details, often it’s not what’s claimed! And the return policy has to be improved without a phone call! I love the products and have bought frequently, and even though the return is an issue the company is quick to redress!

    This is the worst experience. I ordered Nike shoes worth rupees 5400 recently, and got the fake shoes. I made so many return requests (8 requests) but they rejected my all requests by saying "you've received correct product!" even if I've sent pictures and unboxing video to them via mail. AJIO giving us 15 days return policy, it's completely rubbish. They are not taking their product back and not proceeds any return request. And don't expect anything from the customer care executives, they are completely useless, wasting customers' time. If you are reading this then please do not by anything from this rubbish platform. Btw this was my first order from AJIO, bcz I seen best deal for shoes and I got trapped.😣😥 Stay away, stay safe!!! Thank you!

    Very bad customer service. I am try to reach team for my issue but they is no way we can talk to an executive. We are spending money on buying things and putting trust that during our issue 100% service will be there. But no service. I am regretting not buying from Myntra and Nykaa fashion and opted Ajio. Bad decision.

    Worst experience ever . Use case 1 -They haven’t delivered 2 items worth 3k however showing in app it’s delivered status. After complaining and awaiting for 3 days they saying we are closing the case as item was delivered. I even didn’t get opt for those item . Use case 2 - after getting another hoodie product , I opted for return and delivery guy rejected saying it’s not the same brand Daman seller selling with sone other brand in shirt sticker and in billing some other brand . This was my last order and will never ever gonna use ajio now onwards.

    I prefer not to order anything from this worst company. I ordered kurta but it was of very cheap quality so i decided to return it they accepted my return but almost 1 month passed they are not returning my money which is more than 3 thousand everytime i call them they sayy " we have initiated " and it will get refunded in few days but they are beggar not returning my money I will never buy anything from this worst company!!

    I lost my money from sep 9 onwards am mailing may times bank statement the amount debited from account is showing many tymes i called customer care and they said we initatied refund reference number return id but in my account the amount is not credited ajio is making fool they are cheating

    Very bad service. Send wrong product and then at the time of return their third party vendor not accepting order due to unavailability of OTP which they never send to me over mail or msg... I raised the complaint multiple times but still no final solution i got from them.
