No
coordination
between
customer
care
executives.
Advisors
are
fooling
customers
by
giving
wrong
information
to
customer
to
get
good
ratings.
I
wish
I
can
attach
screen
shot
and
call
recordings
.
The
advisor
(customer
care
executive)
can
cut
your
call
and
no
penalty
(quality
check
is
on
them)
.
Chat
executive
will
wait
for
customer
to
go
,
so
that
customer
doesn't
give
bad
ratings.
I
have
been
raising
complaints
since
last
2
weeks
(15
days
approx)
.
Basically,
I
ordered
an
unstitched
suit
material.
Their
quality
team
and
warehouse
team
didn't
check
the
product
and
delivered
it
to
me
without
"duppatta
set"
in
it
.
The
day
it
was
delivered
I
raised
complain
and
did
50
calls
,
5
chats
.
But
,
you
will
be
shocked
to
hear
their
resolution.
So,
they
have
to
say
that
you
want
partial
refund
for
duppatta.
🙄
Customer
has
given
them
delivery
charge
(convenience
fees)
to
get
complete
product.
While
they
are
giving
you
advice
to
compromise
on
duppatta
even
if
it's
fault
from
their
end.
After
raising
incomplete
order
duppatta
missing
complain,
their
advisor
created
return
request
under
reason
"others"
with
quality
check
compulsory
.
Delivery
agent
said
he
can't
pick
up
because
it's
having
no
duppatta
set
and
he
will
be
charged
with
penalty.
So,
basically
it's
like
a
trap
.If
they
already
know
that
duppatta
is
missing
in
it
then
what's
the
point
of
quality
check.
It's
been
aporox
1
month.
They
said
to
wait
.
Worst
services
.😡😡.
I
was
their
regular
customer.
If
they
have
done
this
to
me
,
just
imagine
their
level
of
frauds.
