This is not an experience centre where you can walk in and feel welcome. Staff is extremely rude, and makes customers uncomfortable. If you want to know better about jaquar product and want to be treated better, walk in to any large hardware shops. We wanted to check few wash basins and bathroom fittings and possibly explore few options for kitchen. Had to rely on the online brochure for most part as very less help was available in showroom.

Good sales team, have good knowledge on the product.understands customer requirement and suggested proper product and explained properly. Display center has excellent collection. Must visit premium collection in the first floor. You get some idea from there setup.

Expressed my interest online for an visit to their experience Center. It was well followed up with calls and the schedule to visit was fixed. At the experience Center, the available sales team was over occupied due to higher foot 🦶 fall. We were on our own, viewed the items, made some points and left. Later we got to know that they had Jaquar light 💡 in upper floors. All in all, the experience was not good. Wide variety of items were on display, worth watching.

Worst service ever given, pathetic!!! No update since 70 days from Tasina at the Shivaji branch. and how they are harrassing me after 100 days. You do not even have the audacity to get Tasina out of her job. What a bunch of pathetic losers!

Worst team and service. Don't even think of purchasing jaquar as they are having the worst dealers in bangalore. Particularly sandeep ceramics is the worst to procure material as they take money and will not deliver the material. This jaquar orientation center person will send you to this sandeep ceramics who used to have their office at ramamurthy nagar and yelahanka. So dont even think to visit sandeep ceramics to purchase and better avoid jaquar as they have worst dealers.

Worst experience. Not at all bothered about customers. We have gone to see sanitanyware and cp fittings for our 4 houses. No one was interested to show and explain. After waiting for half an hour finally a person has shown us and noted our requirement. It's been 4 weeks and till date we haven't received a quote. Made n number of calls and in vain.

Extremely rude, bad customer service. Very unresponsive. We called the Jaquar Orientation Centre to enquire about the availability of a product that we found in the Jaquar catalogue but could not source via a dealer. After the call was passed through several hands we were given a contact to call. When we called he told us he was driving and to message him the details which we did. 24 hours later there was no response. We then called the Orientation Centre and requested to speak with a manager. He asked what the call was about and when we said this was a customer service related issue, the manager said that 'customer service' happens post making a purchase so this was not a 'customer service' issue. This comment was rude and uncalled for. Customer Service is when any interested person/party makes contact and enquires about your service/product and you in turn do your best to provide service. If you cannot 'service' potential customers may be you will not have future 'customers'. A few people called us to supposedly follow up with our enquiry and the final contact we were given never did get back to us. One future customer lost for sure.

It's really worst visiting store I had been there multiple of times around 10.15am none of the store staffs are present, and security over there respond very bad, he says shop is opens at 11am and the staffs will come around 10.45 to 11am , why did u come now, even though I told him it's been mentioned in the Google that shop will open by 10am he just continue argument in a bad way that check properly it's been mentioned as 11am, until I show him the shop timing in Google and end up saying him learn how to deal with customers he didn't keep quite , it's really bad experience from one of the top company outlet, please train ur staff to be on time and teach them how to handle customers. Can't even give 1star for ur security ambience

It was a wonderful and enriching experience when my wife and myself visited the orientation centre . We happened to meet the area sales manager Mr Shivshankar there . He patiently heard of our requirements and showed us all the products over an hour which our architect had suggested . He then made some very small subtle changes with a differential ( small ) cost which enhance the beauty and aesthetic of the product . This gave us a lot of satisfaction and ensured that we buy the product from your company . In addition we came to know of the solar pump which was to be addressed to our list of products as a one stop solution . Kudos to Mr. Shivashankar for his genuine efforts and in helping us to reach our decision.

I give 2 ratings for the below reasons: 1. There were no responses since we visited the centre, neither from their bathroom fittings department nor from their lighting department. 2. Lighting department was knowledgeable and explained us in detail, but bathroom fittings department was not showing much interest in explaining details.

Excellent concept. Most of the Jaquar and Artize range is on display here. Very well thought through. One of the staff Ms Anitha kindly took us through the whole range and very patiently explained various concepts and answered our queries.

They only serve people of great stature like film actors and chief ministers. They don't entertain common men of bangalore even if you want to buy their products. Its quite obvious that their after sales service will be pathetic.,with such an hi headed attitude.

This place is literally an experience. You can get to see and feel all Jaquar merchandise at one place. The Jaquar employees are super helpful and walks you through all the available solutions.

People don’t bother to call back potential customers. Their contact number always unreachable. Don’t send quotation for list of fittings, which are finalized by customer. Pathetic Experience. Employees doing government jobs here.

Excellent Orientation centre for all Bathrooms and Lighting products. The range of products is unbelievable. Jaquar executives provide very detailed info on all products as per your requirements.

Wide range of Excellent Jaguar collections... Very knowledgeable executive Mr. Pradeep. Calm and composed person who took us to all the floors and explained everything. Have visit once definitely before buying the jaguar sanitary items 👏

I have purchased steam bath recently from Mittal Buildtek RR nagar . Horrible and pathetic experience from Jaquar people in installation and response to me . It took 33 days inspite of paying full amount well in advance . I want to take name especially Mr.Rishav who is head for enclosure doesn’t know how to speak to the customer when I have contacted him and he doesn’t take responsibility being manager . I have reported to his senior manager Mr.Arun kumar also but still he didn’t took action on Mr.Rishav . It was overall a horrible team of Jaquar who does for steam installation . Lot to say and if any one need proof contact me will provide . Jaquar team will take money for installation. Be careful while taking choosing Jaquar for steam bath , product is good but team is hopeless

Overall It was a great experience. Specially Suparna made our entire selection easy and quick

We have bought quite a few decorative and utility lights from Jaguar after visiting the Jaguar World Show room . The best of the lot is a chandelier we put up today . I am not a very good photographer., Nevertheless I have attached a few snaps of the chandelier. We’d like to thank Abhishek for his constant support and guidance and his willingness to step in to facilitate a smooth delivery and installation of the products .

Worst experience...no executives available to explain anything...when asked for quotation..they just gavw card and told contact that person

The staff are unhelpful and rude. Did not attend to me even when there was no other customer. When asked, they gave me a brochure and asked to refer it. Don't know what these people are being paid for.
