I
first
came
to
Bangalore
from
the
US
in
2001
and
have
visited
the
Art
of
Living
International
Center
often
ever
since.
I
have
been
eating
pizza
in
Bangalore
for
the
past
22
years,
from
all
the
major
chains
to
some
Italian
and
specialty
shops.
Most
were
pretty
standard,
nothing
to
complain
about,
and
always
hit
the
spot
when
I
was
missing
food
from
back
home.
Six
years
ago,
my
doctor
recommended
I
stop
eating
gluten
due
to
a
chronic
condition.
I
was
devastated
and
never
thought
I
would
get
to
enjoy
pizza
again
(I
am
an
Italian-American).
Back
home,
we
have
two
newer
fast-food
pizza
chains,
MOD
and
Blaze,
and
they
both
have
a
gluten-free
crust,
so
I
have
eaten
there
several
times.
Again,
it
hit
the
spot
when
I
was
craving
pizza
but
nothing
to
sing
and
dance
about.
This
month,
I
found
myself
back
at
the
AOL
Center,
and
while
speaking
with
old
and
new
friends
from
around
the
world,
they
were
singing
the
praise
of
this
new
authentic
pizza
place
across
the
road
-
Eating
Love.
They
told
me
they
have
gluten-free
and
vegan
pizza
and
use
high-quality,
hand-crafted
cheese,
which
is
easier
to
digest.
I
was
skeptical,
both
being
a
foodie
and
having
had
average,
at
best,
gluten-free
pizza
in
the
past.
However,
these
were
my
people,
and
I
knew
they
were
serious.
I
arrived
on
a
Thursday
night
at
opening
time,
introduced
myself,
and
told
the
staff
about
my
gluten
sensitivity.
They
gave
me
suggestions,
and
I
waited
around
15
minutes
for
my
pizza
to
be
baked
in
the
oven.
I
forget
the
Italian
name
of
the
pizza
I
initially
got,
but
it
was
all
kinds
of
awesome!
I
knew
it
would
be
great
by
just
looking
at
it
as
it
reached
my
table.
Cashew
pesto,
broccoli,
caramelized
onions,
tasty
tomatoes,
ricotta,
bell
peppers,
tangy
sauce,
and
more!
Each
bite
had
bursts
of
authentic
flavor,
zest,
and
a
bit
of
spice
for
good
measure.
I
am
happy
I
went
alone,
as
I
would
not
share
that
pizza
with
anyone!
Two
days
later,
I
got
the
famous
Broccolini
pizza,
and
then
the
next
night,
the
Pomodoro.
I
seriously
can’t
tell
you
which
is
my
favorite
yet.
However,
I
can
tell
you
where
I
am
going
for
(American)
Thanksgiving
dinner
next
month.
All
in
all,
I
give
Eatling
Love
five
full
stars
for
the
location,
service,
and
high-quality
gluten-free
pizza.
You
need
to
try
it
out,
and
if
you
see
me
there,
please
say
hello
-
just
don’t
ask
for
a
cut
of
my
pizza!
;-)
