Their after sales service is pathetic, if you buy new things the staff are ready to help..once you buy then it's done !!!! And 1year warranty of your product is purely based on manager and his availability and not you product and caratlane policy. Staff cannot help you until manager says something, and half the time manager is not in store !!

Measured the size for the ring incorrectly. We wore it somehow but were unable to pull it out. Caratlane employees refused to take responsibility and said that they cannot help if the person gains weight after putting the ring on. They asked us to go to the hospital to get the ring cut.
