I purchased tredmill Avon TM - 105 from this shop , from next day only the tredmill has problem , when the machine starts a loud sound comes & I called the person from whom I purchase the product he was soo rude and told whom ever u want to complain u complaint , & am soo disappointed from this product and response.

Had a great experience with Mr. Tilak at Smart Fitness. Needed spare parts for an exercise machine I'm using. He was able to get the correct part, send it to me by delivery boy and the machine is now working perfectly! Very helpful, attentive and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

They have acted immediately on the pending service, however there were hiccups in delivering the spare part. The manager was very patient in resolving the issue also reduced the spare part cost to a lesser price. Past : We had problem with the board, Despite calling them several times, we only got extended timelines. We are following up with the company for the last 6-7 months approx. Issue not revolved.

One of the worst provider of gym equipment. Will never recommend anyone to buy from here. Very poor equipment quality and service too we have purchased full gym equipment for our apartment Garuda vista from them but most of the equipment are faulty. Three repair have being done in a year however everytime we are facing same issue and recently they have taken the equipment for repair but no update since 3 months. Bad quality and Worse service. Please address our issue ASAP.

If anyone wants to see the quality (after sales) of this provider come and visit Garuda Vista Apartments, Mahadevapura. They have given us some old model and they are not able to repair/replace the faulty equipment.. For repair they have taken the panel and board and the machine is lying in unusable condition since 6 months.

The most promising work of Fitness equipment service carried out both by store and Instructor we are running under service amc really we continue the business with Smart Fitness in purchasing of new equipments for upcoming set ups and keep on renewing the service amc contract as they are on time and provide best services .

Experiencing worst service, though after several followup. Sincere suggestion is not to buy any product from this store/vendor. You guys may end up in same situation like us.

Wanted to give 0 stars but no option. They provide terrible service and need to run behind for a small repair as well. To fix it will take ages, in our case it has been months at Garuda vista. Attached is a photo of our treadmill's present condition which has not been repaired for months. The worst of all is that, there will be no response to our calls.

One of the worst service provider, Even though products under warranty these guys are not providing proper service. From our apartment they took treadmill motherboard to repair last 3 months back and they never turned back. We don’t what was the actual issue when ever we call them they provide new date to visit but they are not coming to fix.

Overall very good experience we have one treadmill of other brand we connected to smart fitness by reference they SCHEDULED and took spare parts for repair and installed and charged for the service as it was very reasonable price also work was perfectly done others vendors also tried but it was not successful as i tried with many vendors from past one yr but smart fitness service did it successfully. Thank you so much I m happy to see my treadmill again.
