I am a customer of Fullerton India, but I had a really bad experience at this branch. I went there to check whether am eligible for a top up for my current existing personal loan. A person named Ram Kausik an executive who attended this case was so irresponsible in nature. I asked for an update for my loan via text as well as calls but he doesn’t even cared to respond to it. Even, I got final varification call from Chennai branch after that there is no update. I just wanted to know whether my loan was rejected or what happened with it, but because of Ram Kausik even that was denied. I didn’t get any updates regarding this. I kindly request Fullerton India to hire employees who are professional and are responsible with their job, so this kind of pathetic situations can be avoided. Therefore, I kindly request to everyone reading out this if you are visiting this branch and if he; Mr. Ram Kausik attends your case, Beware!

Worst service, i have wasted 4 hours to find branch near jayanagar. also 2 other location but branch was not found in that location itself. simply wasted time. also there is no contact number for branch, called to customer care but they have not provided number. also they informed only one branch in Bangalore i have searched 3 address which is showing in google map ,,which is not updated only..worst service,

The mapping of the location is wrong, please search for Sony center in Jayanagar 7th block, the one in the 27th road the Fullerton office is above Sony center.

I felt happy that i had visited today to fullerton to foreclosure of loan vidya c i met really good behavior she fantastic, happy to tell that she is having good manner so treated nicely. I wish her all the best for a good future and fullerton to look this type of staff so that customers wont face the issues, And the thing is location showing in the signal so please so please change the same

First of all Google map location wrong, no one attended the phone calls for guidance... No security... System not updated to present generation.. it's before 1947 system.. there is no one professional customer service executives... Poor service with high profit to company... Overall Pathetic

Worst customer service. I delayed EMI payment for 1 week due to personal reasons and requesting i will do payment tomorrow. But loan recovery member threatening, misbehaving and keep on calling 50+ times in 3hrs. He is not ready to wait, it better take loan from local people for interest than Fullerton.

I had visited couple of days before to close my loan, the customer service representative Ms.Vidya was fantastic with her service she's excellent in handling customers if this rating would help her definitely I would love to give her 5* credit

Today I visited Jaynagar Fullerton branch, I am trying to connect customer care number regarding my issues, I visited 2 branches before Jayanagar and they just forwarded me another branch. Finally I visited Jayanagar branch security person brought me to Ms. Vidya she’s excellent manager who helped me to go next level to resolve my problem.
