A moderately tough but short trek. Near to the peak, quite steep. View from the peak is fascinating. Nandi hills and Skandagiri are visible.

A beautiful hike with a route that’s slightly challenging during monsoon. In normal times, it will not be slippery and will be very easy. Currently it’s a bit tough but still definitely fun to do! The place has very few people and is pristine, clean. If you’re looking for a peaceful time and not something that’s overcrowded like skandagiri, I’d say give this one a try… Keep the mountain clean and plastic free. Thank you

Nice place for camping and trekking. Early morning it will be cold and good, but after sunrise this place will be more hot. It's exactly near to the adiyogi, chikabalapur.

Small hike, beautiful landscape views enroute & from the top. You can go early and relax for 2-3 hours on the top. It’s 1.5 hours from Bangalore city, so accessible

One of the least explored treks in Bangalore surrounding . ~70 kms from Bangalore and ~ 30 kms from Nandi Hills and ~ 1 km from Adiyogi. There is no marking on where to start trek . There are a few tea shops with parking when you are heading towards Adiyogi and a stone quarry which marks the beginning of the trek . After you begin the trek the initial part of the trek is simple till you reach hari hara temple 🛕 and Ranganath swamy temple (under construction) . After crossing the temple you get a trail that is simple one ( less difficult) and then you have a steep difficult trail which is moderate to difficult by nature. If you are planning the difficult trail , then it is must to have proper shoes with the grip. If you are climbing in November, December time frame carry good jacket , woollen cap and thick pants to keep you warm . As you reach top you will be able to see multiple hills surrounded with clouds , when the clouds disperse you should be able to see mountains/ Adiyogi much clearly. There are multiple top points to sit and relax . Please carry you own trash bags to maintain the beauty of the surrounding . Do not litter food waste at all places . A breath taking experience at the top makes all pain that you take while climbing worth it . 👏👍

Hidden gem beside the Adiyogi status chikballapur, because many of them don't know this place ! It will be good and peaceful if you trek and reach the peak before 6-30 or sunrise. Not very crowded. Only few know this exists. Better than nandhi Hills. 2km away from Adiyogi, you can visit the Adiyogi after the trek.

Awesome place. Medium or below medium trek, not very hard but you'll enjoy it. Just before reaching the peak you'll encounter a beautiful landscape, from the you can see shiva statue of isha foundation. After this landscape you can reach the peak. The view from the peak will make your efforts worth it.
