This issue has already been escalated to the head of orthodontics in Bangalore, Dr. Mrigank and the city head Dr. Aatman. Yet I have not received proper communication from clove on when I can expect my retainers. So not sure how writing to customer support will help. Therefore sharing my experience with others. I'm an Invisalign patient at Clove since 2022. My dentist quit Clove earlier this year after which Clove discontinued providing me treatment even though I've paid for the whole treatment in advance. I've been talking to customer service and other doctors at the clinic for months but they have not provided me retainers for my Invisalign treatment. They have also stopped responding to any request for updates. It looks like the one year I wore aligners will be a waste if Clove is unable to review my case and provide necessary treatment. I will update this review if they provide my retainers in 2023. You are better off going to a regular dental clinic than one of these chains where no one takes any accountability for the patients' well-being.

Very very business oriented place. I went there for clean up . Dr. Kezia will immediately try to sell you gum therapy. Did my cleaning 80 percent on first visit and purposely kept the remaining 20 percent for second visit so that i can be pushed for gum therapy. The moment I said I am not interested in gum therapy. No follow up on my scheduled visit for the remaining 20 percent of the clean up. Apart from that my husband did a root canal from clove dental Varthur and he developed infection post that . We visited some other dentist post that and it looks like the one who did root canal didn’t do the clean up properly. And hence the infection and pus. Also clove suggested my husband for transplant whereas the tooth can be saved for another 10 years which was advised my other dentists when we took second opinion. They are just behind big billing and much money oriented. Hence it is indeed super cheat ! Unfortunately I took the membership but I never went back for my 20 percent clean up. It made me feel that they have annual sale targets to be done ! Note : I have emailed on the below details and yet no follow ups ! The google rating is misleading !!

I went for a wisdom tooth extraction with clove. Dr. Sandhya extracted the tooth painless but there was swelling for a day which is normal. But I kept ice packs and in a day it was fine. The place was neat and clean and the staff was extremely fun, interactive and friendly. Highly recommend people to try the place out 😄

The overall experience was good. All the doctors were polite, friendly and professional. The good part was you are not just treated as a guinea pig to be experimented on, the doctors explained each and every procedure they were to do on your teeth. I got an RCT done which took more time than expected. Multiple visits was a hassle but overall experience at the clinic has been good.
