I had the most amazing experience with kimera. Hair is the crowning glory of any lady and truly my hair stylist dharam suggested the right hair spa to treat my hair to look and feel healthy. The haircut made me feel fab and the after care suggested is also working wonders. I will surely return here for my next hair care routine. Mi came for a nice haircut for my birthday but the hairstylist spoiled my hairstyle and my hair. It’s a very bad experience. Will never visit or recommend anyone to any of the branches of Kimera all over the country and the world.

An amazing spa experience. Specially masseuse Varkha is extremely good. She has a strong hand for an awesome massage. She understands the muscles well and knows her job. Also the place is well maintained and the ambience is very relaxing. I am going back very relaxed.

They charged me 531 for a junior staff haircut. It was a pathetic experience overall. No proper ventilation, and the smoke from hair straightening was so bad and irritating feeling. I went to this outlet just for one staff named Monu, whose service is really awesome. They didn’t even informed about the bill amount, and deducted from my credit card with a tap payment. When asked about it, they said the rate is normal and based on locality. I and my family have been a long term customer of Kimera BTM Layout and always been charged ₹250 for haircut. Seriously this outlet of Kimera is making me think about of this brand, if I should continue or switch to some others. There are honestly many many options now.

I recently got a deep tissue body massage, facial, and hair spa done at Kimera and loved the customer experience, quality, and care. I scheduled my appointment over the phone with Rajat the store manager who was courteous and patient in answering my questions related to services, products, pricing, and availability. Once I reached the location, I was offered some green tea and had a skincare consultation with Sampoorna who asked some questions and explained my skin type and offered some suggestions for a healthier skin. Post this I got my deep tissue body massage done by Varkha who was highly professional and experienced giving the right amount of pressure for a comfortable and relaxing massage using olive oil followed by steam and shower. After the massage, I got my facial done by Sampoorna using Dermalogica products, she was professional and caring offered me fruit juice and sandwich as it was past lunch time. After a relaxing facial procedure I got my hair spa done by Chand who was also courteous and professional he also trimmed my hair a bit on one side which was uneven so that my hair partition looked neat. All 3 services took a good 4 hours and I really felt pampered and enjoyed the overall experience. I got a 25% discount on the services and additional coupons valid for 3 months for future use. I also purchased Demalogica cleanser and toner for my daily skincare. All the best to the team at Kimera! I’m looking forward to my next spa day at Kimera!

I got a scalp massage which was very rejuvenating and relaxing. The staff was very customer oriented and made sure to take care of all my requirements. He was checking on me in between to make sure I am comfortable. I also love the way my hair was styled after the wash. I highly recommend Kimera Wellness Spa Salon for any service offered by them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kimera spa. All the staff were so attentive to my needs throughout my time there. I received a body scrub from Varkha and Sampoorna gave me a facial and did my manicure/pedicure. Both did a wonderful job. Bring cash as they don’t accept international cards but there is a SBI bank ATM located across the street.
