This is not a place for tourists/visitors. Spacious apartment, it was clean but absolutely no customer service. They didn't even ask once if we needed anything. From the time we got there,we asked multiple times for Wifi details with no response. I would not recommend this place for short stay, they didn't even collect food waste until we left. No towels, soap, glass etc. A guy is there as caretaker but i don't think he knows what caretaker means. 100% NO NO for tourists. It's better to stay in a hotel or service apartment.

Would expect more amenities for the price paid. Firstly, you need a water purifier, and not have the caretaker bring down a can of water filled from a common purifier from somewhere on the terrace. Also, full length mirrors and a washing machine within the apartment, as well as basic toiletries (at least towels) would be good. Otherwise, it's a decent place spacious enough for at least 6 ppl to stay.

We recently stayed at Sampada Homestay and had a wonderful experience. The host was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. The staff was responsive and ensured that the rooms were clean and comfortable. The homestay is located in a peaceful locality, making it a convenient and pleasant stay, especially for commuting purposes.

Rooms are spacious enough for people who are looking for 2bhk.. it was a calm surrounding.. service was good, bhimsingh was available.. The market is in walking distance.. it was a good stay

Place located in Rajaji Nagar (basveshwara nagar). Rooms were very clean and neatly manintained. Place has got fridge and a decent amount of utensils for a family. Hot water is available 24 by 7. Good amount of channels are also available on the television for relaxation. One thing that we noticed was the bathroom buckets and mugs were not properly cleaned and was sticky. It shows that they never was them regularly. If attention is given to that, there is no reason for this place to be fully occupied.

The location was good.Neat and clean 2BHK apartment.Enough for a family for 4-5 to stay comfortably. Kitchen facility was also avaiable.Customer service was also good. All over good experience.

i came to banglore for medical treatment so i look for few things: 1. close for hospitol. 2. have big space for me and my mother. 3. kithen that we can cook. so this aprtment answer all the things that we want, very big space with street food and market around. the street is pareller to the main road so you not hear the noise, but 5 min u can walk and evrything around you. when we live this aprtment we feel very safe,and part of the naiberhood. the picture that we see the same as you get everthing is basic but what you need. we did buy ourself more dishes and more things that we want cuse we cook alot. cleaning was 2 time on the week. there is person that leave on the building and available for u all the time. the only thing that he dosnt know english so well so it was a bit diffcult to comunicate. the honer Shive very nice and kind and was avilable

We stayed at this place in the month of November when places were just opening up! Full kudos to the owner of the property to ensure stay was comfortable without any hassles. The owner ensured that the check-in process was hassle-free and the rooms were spick and span! If you are in Bangalore, want to be close to the main city centre, and would prefer a BnB, this is the right choice :)
