There is a trainee person at the billing counter, no one to guide her. She forgets to apply discount,on asking she responds lazily- oh, if you want discount i have to make separate bill for this. No clarity, confused. Not seamless. Amateur. Wasted our precious time. Kindly keep smart,swift people at the billing. Maintain a general policy about discount. All the people in the store should know the policy /discounts and not be lazy.

No proper communication within the staff. How can someone not accept credit cards over here. How do you expect someone to pay up by cash for goods worth more than 25k. Please make sure this doesn't happen with others. This is not the welcome I was not expecting.

I always find Bengaluru duty-free well stocked with best offers compared to the other airports . It has a user friendly & informative online portal for prebooking & checking the stock before our arrival into bengaluru.

They let me add chocolates and other stuff 3 hour before my arrival. Everything got booked. And once I came to collect, they said they don’t have anything. Useless idiots. Waste of time.
