The
first
thing
that
was
noticeable
was
that
the
staff
were
not
well
trained.
The
housekeeping
staff
gave
me
only
one
towel
for
shower
and
nothing
else.
The
bath
gel
tubes
were
not
replaced
on
time.
The
waiters
at
the
restaurant
have
very
poor
communication
skills
and
response
was
poor.
As
for
the
room,
it
was
spacious
but
hardly
any
openings
except
for
a
tiny
window
that
opens
inside
to
a
mall.
Overall
the
room
in
spite
of
being
spacious,
felt
very
claustrophobic.
Their
is
a
kitchen
space
in
the
room
but
without
a
microwave.
Hence
that
space
is
not
much
of
value.
The
front
desk
is
pereptually
confused
and
refused
to
give
me
office
drop
and
pickup
even
though
it
was
booked.
It
took
them
one
day
to
realize
their
mistake
and
they
started
to
offer
the
service
from
Day2.
Even
on
Day2,
they
imposed
a
restriction
that
I
have
to
return
from
office
by
6pm.
So
the
return
was
on
Uber
😀.
As
for
the
location
it
seems
to
be
good
but
in
Bangalore
there
is
no
good
location.
Traffic
jams
everywhere.
It's
a
nightmare
to
be
in
Bangalore.
Overall
pretty
bad
experience
at
this
hotel
and
will
definitely
avoid
it
for
subsequent
business
travels
to
Bangalore.
Somehow
this
hotel
seems
to
be
very
reluctant
to
provide
service
just
like
the
city.
