EDIT - Response to the Owner's Reply - Just because you need to prove yourself right, that doesn't mean you'll compromise your patients' confidential information. I hope you know that under the Federal Law and The Indian Constitution, a doctor is not permitted to release the patients' treatment/medical information without their consent. Moreover, I could just sue you over the fact that you leaked your patients' name and the case history on an online platform as such, but just for your ignorance I'm gonna let it go. Hope you understand the doctor-patient confidentiality better next time. Thank You It is shameful that this is what has become of the doctors in our country. Disrespectful, arrogant and rude, they only sit there to empty your pockets and nothing else. They check your patient for 5 mins and call it expertise, and charge the same consultation fee for that. And they just throw policies at your face when you question them. Make sure you ask all the right questions beforehand, or if I may suggest, find another place.

Updated response for below without initial EDIT: I would like to share my honest ordeal or opinion if you can take. From the time till end experience. I had been researching which dermatologist is good in nearby vicinity & despite of reviews took a chance to visit planning for appointment 2 days early. Got an appointment on time and visited this place for first time around 11:20. There was no sign board or directions that clinic is basement. Still I will take it my bad for looking around and made a call to get exact location. There was one 11:30 appointment patient who the dermatologist was to attend and I was asked to wait outside clinic until they finish. Here is the scene where a patient comes by 11:55am coming late for 11:30am appointment or 11:45am not sure. Despite of me waiting early patient broke argument raising voice and wanted to go meet dermatologist first. Hoping that receptionist will make justice based on first come first appointment she told us to wait in doing justice. When she explained this to dermatologist she appear to pick up patient by inky pinky ponky. Question is if a dermatologist not to analyse or prioritise patient wondering how the treatment is going to be. Ever since beginning didn't get good vibes and trust me God saved me. Cause when I stepped out there was patient who told me you are lucky enough as there is no fix or results positive seeing this dermatologist. Not one two of patients said the same told me I got saved. Beyond this if you want to risk going here then trust your luck praying God. Verdict : Not recommended at all. Look for experienced clinic or dermatologist. Editing updated from here based on response below: FYI my appointment time is 11:46am and I have message of proof. I never said anything for patient who was with kid. No mistake of front office assistant and she did her job flawlessly. It was mistake of yours and the patient who came late for appointment and interrupted my visit. NOT EVEN A SINGLE WORD WAS SPOKE BY ME TO YOUR PATIENT. You can check CCTV camera and infact the patient you attended was rude to me. Like a gentleman without speaking a word I left the place. It's your incapability of judgement and kindly don't blame staff. The way you fabricate this scenario sums up everything. Am still glad that God showed me right path of your clinics exit. Off course as a dermatologist you can make choice of priority in attending patient but this is not that much scene for you to create a basis of humanity platform. Dermatologist are always not right they do mistakes too... In the end remember you didn't value your patients time and importance of appointment. And just insulted me for no reason or mistake of mine. If you can do wonders for few patients then good but kindly do the needful. So be kindly generous in accepting your mistake and please dont fabricate anything . Good luck.

There was a rash for my 7 months old baby at neck. When I consult to this doctor, she said it is usual rash for kids at this age and she suggested to apply one cream at night and cetaphil lotion every hour. We were keep doing it for one week and noticed that its spread little more area and skin become white. When we consult again she said continue same medication for next 1 week. After 3 days we noticed skin becoming white and shared the photos to doctor. She suggested to stop the previous cream and suggested to apply other cream at night. The very first day I apply the cream and from next 1 hour baby keep rubbing the neck area and crying a lot.The hole night she was crying and rubbing the neck area and its became red.I called doctor twice in the night for suggestion but no response even there was no callback in the morning. I tried to get some other dermatologist during night and unfortunately all 3 hospitals said we need to wait till morning 10 am. Finally day time I consult other doctor and they have given other cream to apply immediately and baby was confirtable once its applied. They have given medications for next 3 days. The rash getting cured in next 3 days and within a week its cleared completely. Please avoid taking your kids to this doctor. Why I am suggesting is I only knows how much struggle I had when my baby crying a lot the hole night. And the worst thing with this doctor is no emergency contact when any problem occured with the given medications.

Decent laser treatment but subcision for acne scar was not good . Hence I went to Dr rahul shetty in yelahanka ... ... the doctor here told the acne scars are superficial & hence subcision will not work,but I told her to try both subcision & laser....but when Dr Rahul shetty of yelanka did the subcision more thoroughly with two subcision sessions the result was much better , although some blood came out....I feel the Dr here wanted to avoid risk/ blood & hence subcision result was not good. Better to try subcision with surgeon to get better result than laser.

I have seen very good improvement in my skin condition. And Dr. Bindiya is extremely polite and she invests good amount of time to explain the causes for any skin issues. Lot of doctors want to get rid of the patient as fast as possible but she is extremely patient.

Such an Good experience I want to share here, visiting Dr Bindiya for my Skin problems and and getting treated. Dr Bindiya speaks with such a gentle voice to make understand and about skin problems and specially about Hair and Acne, Dr Bindiya gives importance to every individual patient she act with skill and wisdom. The first time I visited this clinic was in July 2020, I had fungal infection which was badly spread and was still spreading, I was hopeless that it would ever be cured but during my first visit itself I was clearly explained what it is and it can be cured. Dr. Bindiya did my treatment and now m seeing marks are reduced to a greater extent and it is not spreading. I have religiously followed treatment and regular visits were made during every phase of treatment. So I would like to say thank you for everything and one request to people who are taking treatment or will take treatment pls follow it diligently and results will be visible.

I had visited the clinic for acne problem and the lady doctor has some cardboard cutouts about some pre-written information on acne everytime she shows that, I don't feel she correctly diagnoses the issue, it's a very generalized diagnosis, and she prescribed moisturizer, sunscreen,facewash and cream that's so costly, in total I have spent 8k on it,I followed her advice and applied it for a month,believe me not even 0.1 percent of improvement, so I quit this clinic and went to another doctor who put me on isotretenoin and it's been 6 months since then and my face has cleared up so much almost no acne or spots,I just wasted my 8k and Time going here,not recommended from my side.

I just visited Chitra's Lifeline clinic today and have to say that I am very happy that I did so.Dr.Bindiya is a genuine and knowledgeable dermatologist. She is altruistic with a selfless nature which is a rarity in these times.Somehow I have a gut feeling that her treatment will work.If asked in future for a reference I would definitely suggest her.

Both Dr. Akshay and Dr. Bindiya are the best people. They treated my parents with so much patience and attention. They give so much time to the patients and listen to all the issues with care and love. They treat patients with respect and provide with very good solutions to all the problems. Dr. Akshay Hari treated me first and till date I have not experienced pain of more than 5% intensity. Hence I took my parents here and the results were as expected. Spend almost 10000 rupees and there is no improvement in my skin condition. It is same as it was before taking the treatment from Dr.Bindya. If you are going there be prepared to spend a lot of money and hope that it will work.

Money looting business for Dr.Bindhya. She keep recommending expensive services and no result at all.Things can be resolved with simple medicines but she always make us go for treatments and makes money out of it.

Doc Bindu is Angel ,her treatment is 200% safe it's my personal experience. My face was filled with dark acne marks and infection Doc Bindu cured me.
