Worst management system. Especially manager don't know the difference Between propritership & partnership , Based on business . Lazy worker takes 7working days for Simple Fixed deposit & generating of bond. More over I updated my KYC more than 5 time Still they ware asking for updating of KYC. This is the worst branch of SBI. Both Chief Manager and Operations Manager are very arrogant and threatening people. The operations manager, you should know his name Purushotham is very careless and not at all fit for that post. He doesn't know how to behave with account holders of the bank. He is very ruthless and arrogant person. He needs some kind of training on how to behave with customers. He thinks and behaves as if he is CEO of SBI. He needs to be removed from branch for the welfare of SBI and branch. This person purushotham is not at all fit for this job. No proper response from him. Approaching this kind of people in the branch is useless. Higher authority kindly take some kind of action on this person.

This is worst bank in the whole world...the staff over there behave as if they are working without salary... So irresponsible , rude , not so helpful staff....need to take action on them.

Friday (10th December 2021) my relative visited SBI Padmanabhanagara SBI Branch for cash deposit. While standing in the Cash counter Q Cash which was holding in the hand were stolen by someone. Same has been reported to Bank staff they denied to check further and they did not agree to show the CCTV footage.. This is very Bad experience in SBI.

Spacious area, enough seating arrangement (except during Covid protocol). Major issue of parking space. Staff are reasonable not rude as seen in some comments. Only issue is the process is bit time consuming staff needs to be bit more active.

Worst experience, staff doesn't stick to lunch timings as mentioned in the branch, they go as per their wish and doesn't even bothered if customers are waiting.

Branch does not have more than one cash counter. Avg cash deposit time is half an hour to an hour

Worst SBI branch, the manager Krishna Murthy loves to waste customer time. Simply makes them wait for no reason for small small things that can be done in couple minutes he makes people wait for hours. Seen multiple people suffer here. Very unethical. Avoid opening an account here.

One of the worst branch of SBI, people working are there don't know basic banking system, for housing loan they will ask customers to visit RACPC since they are very lazy workers but they pretend to be very busy, and most of the time their servers will be down and printers are not working. For any bank transaction you need to visit branch and keep on asking for their help and bad part is they don't know how to fix it.
