The store is well laid out. Everything that OnePlus has to offer can be experienced at the store. It has adequate seating and a one plus cafe to help with beverages. There are many customer service representative that are non intrusive and let you browse through hassle free. The only reason why this is not a five is over crowding at the service desk, a few more desks or more personal at peak hours will be a good thought.

Very nice vibe and super helpful staff. I just needed to get dust cleaned from my phone's usb c port, it was done fairly quickly. It's also a nice touch that they serve free coffee, but honestly, where's the chai? I don't even mind paying for some good chai.

Two and a half years ago, I rated this OnePlus service center with 5 stars. However, my current rating is negative due to the replacement of the previous experienced staff and manager with untrained individuals. The new team lacks proper communication skills, clear explanations, and the ability to address customer grievances. My experience has been disappointing, particularly with the manager's unhelpful attitude, showing a lack of concern for customer issues.

Worst service ever, I had given my one plus buds z2 for service on 22/10/2023 because the left buds were not turning on. The lady named Thunga took my buds observed very clearly and asked me to give them 24hrs time. The very next day the the same lady called and asked me for the invoice and soon later after 1-2 hrs she again called me and told the left buds will be replaced, but it will take a bit time because the left buds aren't available. Soon on 26th of oct 2023 she again called me on my number and told me that the buds have been replaced and asked me to collect it. On 29th of oct I visited the store to collect the buds and they handed over me the buds. And he took my old buds which was with him from past 1 week he observed again and told me it is damaged. And the replacement cannot be done, Is this the service provided by one plus. Those people are telling me that I have damaged it and given it for replacement. If I would have damaged those earbuds why I will claim for replacement? The guy is started to speak vulgarly and soon some Muslim guy named Amir Hussain the store ambassador spoke to me and he told it cannot be done and but also he has asked me to give him 24hrs again. I am not the newbie to OnePlus from past 5 -6 years I have been a regular customer to OnePlus But now I am really dissatisfied and will surely not visit next time and recommend this thing to my colleagues friends and also family members that not to buy OnePlus products just because they don't have good service.

Mr. Sandeep at One Plus helped to purchase the right phone, the Store experience is better than online. He was very cooperative and patiently assisted in setting up the phone and the watch. He made the customer experience worth the time spent.

We went to an experience store to check out the One Plus Nord watch, but unfortunately, there were no watches available for us to try. This was a disappointing experience, and the concept of calling it an "experience store" seems inappropriate. I've bought the flagship model 10 Pro and there are FRAGILE options for tough cases, screen protectors, lens protectors, things I'd never recommend anyone to buy. If someone buys such products the least OnePlus could do is provide sturdy and strong cases etc. options, I obviously like everyone else went aftermarket to protect my mobile.

As usual OnePlus stands out everytime. The service center is just awesome. And when I say awesome it means in every aspect the interiors, products, staff, service everything. They have all OnePlus products Mobiles, watch, airpods, earplugs, TV, Bags, screen guard, mobile cases. Staff members are very friendly and helpful with good knowledge on the products. Service station is bit crowded most of the time but service is provided for screen replacement or back panel replacement within a day which is very impressive. Cost wise Wellll!!! We pay more than 40k+ for the mobile so cannot expect the parts of it to be less cost🤷 ... So prices are of OnePlus level 😅🙈

Recently been for my phone service here. The service personal are good unlike the showroom staff. I was just sitting on the stove in front of the TV's and checking out while waiting for an update regarding my phone, the entire showroom was literally empty, yet a showroom staff comes she says " if you are here for service you can't sit here,move!", was genuinely interested in the tv but won't go there to buy anything. Did not expect such rude behavior with an existing customer..

I had been to the store yesterday, and the staff were very friendly and engaging. The process was very quick and I got my device repaired less than a day which was very satisfying. Thanks to the team. Cheers🥳

Bought a OnePlus 11R here and had a worst sales experience, No sales person approached us and we were looking at the phones for 10 mins still no one had approached us, we had to approach the sales person for us to buy phone which is not so good, hope sales guys here don't judge by the looks of people, I would suggest everyone who buys a phone here to dress in a proper attire and check if someone would approach you. Am not really happy at all with this 🙂

There is a saying don't jude a book by it's cover. I am a young working professional person i visited this place to buy a phone the staff was only busy with people who come with their parents and who dress properly only they do not entertain young person or who come alone or who does not dress well. So instead of buying phone from there I left the place head to a Croma store and bought my phone.

A really disgusting experience. My mobile got damaged due to their softwares update. But they are not accepting it n blaming us for it. I've paid thousands of rupees to buy their product and they can't even accept their mistakes. I will gladly suggest other brands from now on. I had the worst possible customer experience here at Galleria mall's OnePlus store. I regret buying this product. Better choose someother store for your servicing. U will not get proper response here. I'm really upset with your care

I visited the service center because my phone wasn't detecting my sim. The staff said they opened the phone and is fried and showed a fake picture. They then said if they try to the fix the mother board there are chances that the phone may never work again. So they suggested to exchange my phone for a new one. For which the store quoted a 10k discount and i had to pay 27k as balance to get a similar model. I found this suspicious and went to the mg road one plus service center who promptly said only the sim port wasn't working and that there were no issues otherwise. They fixed my phone and i was charged rs.820. Do not visit this service center, they will take you for a ride.

I got a OnePlus pro and they didn't even bother to atleast be polite with a customer. They didn't even let me know if any offers for accessories since it was festive season. I don't know if they profiled me because of my appearance. I just paid in full and collected the phone and left the place. Went there to get my phone fixed which had conked off due to water damage. Amir was extremely helpful, sweet and professional. Staff are very lazy. Didn't even bother to check what's the problem in my OnePlus 5t phone when I reported problem with power button. They simply denied to check the phone saying parts are not available for 5t inspite of me insisting to check what's the problem atleast.

Good for buying OnePlus products and repair services. But Very long waiting time for repair services, coupon system is there, but still takes lot of time, it took me 1.30 hrs for my turn and another 2hrs for repair works. Beter to take coupon and roam around the mall. Later give electronics for repair and again roam around and come back later to collect. Eateries/ food court is also available in the mall to spend sometime, while waiting for your number or collection of repaired electronic item. Also there's waiting area in the OnePlus store, which isn't enough when lots of people are waiting for collection or there number to come.

I came here to battery replacement and here I came to know the server is down so come after 2days.. Is it what the one-plus service?? I came all way long just here for a good service. Its not possible that server is down and you tell people wait for 2 more days. Please look into this. I am really disappointed with this. I literally moving from One plus brand for this . Thanks

The one plus experience store was the best I found for any mobile based stores. They have over shot the apple store which is just opposite to their shop. Overall the space, social distancing and staff courtesy is excellent. I would rate 5/5 for the ambience and Staff knowledge 4/5 as some of the key features are not known by them. Want to buy 1+ better visit this place. Who knows you are for some surprises when purchasing.

Service people lack dignity. So you better act without decency to get the work done. If you are contacting the service people here, I suggest you to leave your decency outside the store and enter. Because they are going to deny the product issue with some or the other lame excuses. For me they told the bill needs seal of the retailer I purchased from. After much difficulty, got the seal and submitted the bill. Then they told, we can see hand writing on the bill changed. They are not going to use their database or common sense to identify the product is genuine or not. After raising voice, immediately they told you will get black coloured one.

Worst response,waste service and uneducated tecnical person....I went this service centre they told me to change disply, but problem was not that simply telling to change and pay....then i went brigade road service centre they done only software update now my phone is working fine......plz don't go to RMZ OnePlus service centre yalahanka...

Worst experience. They do not even respond to some quick fix solutions. A simple camera cap sticking with adhesive was ignored. They said they can't do anything.
