Pathetic customer service. I felt more like harassed after paying huge amount of money for the services and get treated so poorly. The reception staff named Ghosh was literally yelling at my husband!Doctors are good but it looks like they are overruled by this reception staffs. They don't value client's money, please be careful before doing prepayment for any treatment!

i am never going to recommend this clinic. recently i took my wife for acne and pimple related issues , after consultation with Dr . Jothi Menon the most experienced Dr in this clinic the situation got worsened. The medicines prescribed doesnt work at all. No improvement in condition was observed. The shampoo recommended resulted in tremendous hair loss and scalp issues. The products sold by the clinic are in house and not found elsewhere. I went to this clinic after seeing the reviews in practo but I am regretting my decision. Never visit this clinic again.

Proactive and efficient service. Made an appointment online and was attended on time without much waiting. Fantastic set up, hygienic and clean. I attended for skin tag removal. Dr Jyothi was very caring and highly competent. She gave plenty of local anaesthetic for the procedure and it was completely pain free. Very happy with the outcome and service. Highly recommended.

Dr Jyothi menon is a very friendly and dedicated doctor. She is very knowledgeable and genuine. She only recommends things that are in her patients’ best interests and never misguides her patients. I took a consultation from their doctor 2 months ago and booked TCA peel on his recommendation by way of an advance payment. The treatment given by him further worsened my problem! I informed the clinic about the same and also my intention of not going ahead with the treatment of TCA peel(for which I made advance payment). The clinic has just usurped the funds and now either they do not pick up my calls or assure a call back from a senior manager - which has so far not happened. The products that the doctor prescribed was Oliva's own flagship products and were of terrible quality that caused blotches and acne on my skin. I requested for a refund of the advance payment made towards the TCA peel treatment that I had booked on doctor's recommendation as I did not wish to go ahead after the initial treatment itself by their doctor went wrong. The clinic has just been unresponsive. The clinic has no legal grounds for which they're holding the funds back - I have not taken the service for which I'm asking for a refund nor do I wish to take the services in the future as I have lost the trust in this clinic. The clinic has just held the funds back and now gone unresponsive on calls - this is after spoiling my facial skin with their low grade products.

The service and customer handling is good at Oliva. I have undergone 2 PRP sessions and it's been a good experience. Madhu has helped greatly in the process.

The receptionist at Koramangala branch is very rude. He basically explained me the package price after consultation. I didn’t respond yes or no whether I’m going to take it. But the receptionist thinks that I’m in shock after listening to the price and telling me I have to pay consultation amount only. Stressing these words repeatedly and speaking to me. I think reputed clinics like these should teach their employee how to talk to customers first.

Oliva has been doing wonderful and amazing treatment . I have been undergoing treatment for acne and scars. Dr Gnana Prabha is super and cool , explained me the issues very clearly and also cleared all my doubts. Staff are very friendly especially Anitha Mam has also done amazing work taking care of me through session and explained the process during the chemical peel session . I’ve been taking treatment from past 1 and half year and the experience is not great. I can see results barely and receptions are very rude and they don’t know how to treat their clients. I’ve paid all the amount for my session and now they are telling I’ve to pay for 2 more sessions which was already paid. They don’t give us the records of our treatment to know how many sessions has been completed. They just enter the details stating that I’ve taken treatment even though I’ve not taken. Doctors are good but recipients don’t allow us to talk to doctor if we have any doubts on session. The experience was worst and I’ve lost my money for 2 sessions which they denied to provide even after paying. Before visiting the clinic kindly think twice, they don’t value clients money or time, they just take money from us and results are zero with no ethics.
