Very poor furniture and customter care. Installation team opened the boxes and furniture was damaged, paint was coming out from multiple places and 1 chair and bed side tables were missing from the boxes. Customre care and store declined to return it or replace it. Store manager has stopped responding to the calls once we explained our problem. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD QUALITY. 9th Jan Update: After posting my feedback on google review I got a call from head office and the furniture that was missing or pending for replacement was done on same day itself that was due from 2 weeks. Though they do not take returns if in case you are not satisfied, they have replaced the damaged pieces now after my review. Hence updating my rating to 2 stars now.

Quality and finishing of the products are not good. Please don't buy from here. We bought a queen bed of sheesham wood. The bottom of the bed where we lie down is not fully covered by plywood. About 6 inches near the head of the bed and 6 inches near the foot of the bed is not covered by plywood. It is uncomfortable when we sit near the head. When we raised a complaint, the response is "This model bed will come with this much sheet only". When we pay 30k for a bed, we expect better quality. When it is a brand like royal Oak you expect the finishing to be proper. But this has been hugely disappointing. There is no option to exchange, no option to repair, no option to return. My suggestion, is walk a little bit more, go to Jodhpur furniture, their quality and service is excellent. I regret that I did not check them out because we were in a rush and buying this bed from Royal Oak. Please don't purchase from here.

Very poor quality of wood and materials used. After delivery no response you will receive. Don't make any purchases from Royaloak. False promises by royaloak. Not even varnish is done.

Ramana and Siva was on time &their combo was really great. They really had so much of patience’s to fit all 3 item’s that we had purchased from Royal Oak at one go, very professional & they know what they do unlike “Home Center”- JUST WORST EXPERIENCE This is our second purchase from this store, starting from sales, follow up and fitting has been really excellent Royal Oak the best

Hi Team, I have got a Office chair by going with RoyalOAK brand, I am using the chair from one Month, After that I am not able to lean back, Quality of the fiber/plastic is not valued... I paid almost 10K for the chair... They promise free service.. Never turned back... Do not go by brand.. Sales people looking only to reach there target's not the customers satisfaction.

Never ever buy from RoyalOak. Especially, from Koramangala store! Absolutely third class service. If you have any doubts about the review, try calling the store number, no one will ever pick up the calls. Once you've paid for the furniture, please forget it for atleast a month that it'll get delivered. It's been nearly a month since I've placed an order. Despite repeatedly asking for the delivery, it keeps getting delayed. And I'm yet to receive the delivery. God knows how much more I'll have to wait for the installation. In short, if your money is important to you, never ever buy from Royal Oak.

I purchased fabric sofa 2 months ago. Quality, fit and finish is very good. Salesperson Meera madam helped us in selecting the best sofa for our home. Had a small issue, but was rectified by service person Imran within 48 hours. I'm very happy with the service of Royal Oak and I prefer their products.

We bought a King Size Cot from Royal Oak. The delivery was smooth and the person (Shiva) who came to install was on time and finished assembling everything perfectly and smoothly, all alone! Very courteous and professional! Thank you Royal Oak and Shiva for a tremendous job.

Very good experience right from purchasing, delivery, installation. Excellent quality of the product. I have purchased an office table and chair Installation was a very nice experience by a experienced technician Mr. Nagaraju. He has carried out the installation very nicely.

Pros: 1. Very supportive customer service manager Loganathan who helped in all the situations. 2. Customer service manager was helpful in understanding the concern and helped in getting installation at a fast paced. 3. Customer service manager was polite and understood the issues with patience. Cons: 1. The sales representative Meera was very rude with her answers and literally banged the phone saying “Go find out headoffice contact I can’t help you”. 2. Meera was not at all supportive and was always disrespectful after the purchase. 3. Store manager never understands the customers and would not even want to talk to you and will literally give excuses. Overall: As a store Kormanagala store has pathetic staff and store manager. As a company Royal oak has a lot of good people like Loganathan who will understand your problem and solve it with all the patience and respect.

Good products...Ms Meera is the most responsive worker here and truly boosts sales here. The carpenter was also very efficient.They need to work on timely delivery.

They showcase home furniture from various places; basically the structure and work from places like Turkey, USA, France etc. And that's a positive aspect of not just this store of Royaloak but any. However, what i didn't like or get is the variety of a particular item. For example, if i choose Queen Size, wooden bed, i would get to see limited stock. And that is what I would say is a minor drawback. Price wise, they sell at par with market standards.

Very worst experience, request everyone not to buy from Royaloak, we have received improper dinning table, table top is not flat, it’s been two months and visited corporate office which is in Banaswadi and informed them they keep on pushing they will replace and give in 2 or 3 days till now so replacement happened, even loganatha who is category manager assured team will connect get it replaced, Aasiya was assigned and she assured she will get it resolved so far no calls from they give very bad excuses. Very worst company simply wasted our money trusting this brand.
