Located near the Ashoka Hotel in central Bidar, it goes by the name of an Udupi restaurant. No doubt all the regular items like idli, dosa, poori, bonda, tea and coffee are available. However in addition, a lot of North Indian and 'chinese' fare is also available. The rates are fairly reasonable for an establishment of this kind, and competitive with similar hotels in the neighbourhood.

We had a quick breakfast here and it is a typical South Indian Canteen. Food was fresh and all dishes we had tasted good, with special mention to the Upma which was very nice. Service was super quick and prices are dirt cheap. Only downside is that it handwash area was dirty and toilets were non-functional.

You can get punjabi dishes and Chapati-bhaji. Nice food quality.

Apart from Shira and Puri Bhaji do not eat anything else. Edli and wada sambar is not meeting expections. Staff service is good. But not clean washroom. Washroom and hand wash besin must be cleaned. Not following covid norms properly.
