This is a quaint little place in the midst of a commercial spaces in kolhapur. We always think that kolhapur's food is spicy 🥵 and one can only expect really hot food. It's a myth. Things to remember while going to wada misal. 1) Misal here is the signature dish and is served with bread not pav 2) The misal is easy on the tummy as it doesn't have so many masalas and is not that spicy as one would think. 3) Order regular misal and then add ons like solkadi and Butter milk if required. The Special misal is not worth it. 4) Service is lighting fast 5) If possible carry your own drinking water bottle. 6) Ambience is perfect and calming Rest everything was good Cheers ✨

Ambience is great here. It feels like old home in village area. Superb lighting and all. Service is good. Wall Paintings are great, guves special look to the place. Architectural view of this place is really beautiful. But, taste wise not that good. Specifically misal lovers will not like it. At start, given bhaji was soo thick. And misal was not spicy at all, which kolhapurkars wants specially in misal.

Ambience is good. We tried the speciality of the house “wada misal”. The taste is nice and feels authentic kolhapuri. Also the solkadhi was good. We waited for about half hour. But taste was worthy. Affordable prices. Overall good experience.

Good taste, decent ambience, service is also quick. Misal is not spicy so even kids can also enjoy it. If required you can add "कट" (red gravy) also which makes the misal spicy.... Overall 4 rating.

During our hunt for the best brunch location in Kolhapur we found out this restaurant. The ambience was super amazing. We tried Wada Special Misal. The misal thali was fully loaded. The taste was awesome. The spice level was up to the mark. Overall the experience was very good.

Best misal which I have ate in Kolhapur. I have tried many other Misal in Kolhapur, but this one cherish your mind and soul. I have visited this place many times. The cost of wada misal was Rs. 75 in oct 2022. Wada Misal + Solkadi is the best combination you can have. Menu also have other varieties of food. Ambiance is quite good, old photographs of Kolhapurs History are been showcased on the wall. They have tried to make the ambience like old wada which is quite good. Also the place is preety hygienic. Overall it's worth authentic Kolhapuri Misal.

We were looking for good misal in Kolhapur and since phadtare was closed on Thursday we went to this hotel, wada misal and it was good. Ambience: It had a very traditional old look of wada as the name suggests and nice old style decoration and lightings. Nice feeling of old days. Pics uploaded which would speak for it. Food: We ordered normal misal, Cut wada/ wada sample (Batata wada), butter milk/ taak and solkadi. All was good. Misal was also good however not extraordinary and the cut wada was very very good. I personally liked cut wada more than their misal. Solkadi was average which I would not recommend to have it here. However go for buttermilk as it was fresh and very tasty. Total bill for 4 was 400/- which included butter jam bread as well. It was very good food at reasonable pricing. I love kolhapur and it's food and reasonable pricing which pune lacks big time now. Service: It was also very good and prompt. :)

Authentic kolhapuri misal with traditional ambiance. Maintained well. Serving can be improved. Overall good food experience. They serve mineral water & regular water. Parking space not available. Park alongside road, no parking issues. Wash basin available. Specialities is, they serve a thali kind of arrangement. You can increase spiciness according to your taste. Curd & solkhadi was upto the mark.

Place is in Rajarampuri on bus lane side. They have two options, regular Misal and Waada misal. The picture is of Waada misal with additional options as solkadhi, farsan, dahi, papad etc. The taste is okayish, I have tried better Misal in Kolhapur. Everything else is really good - fast service, good space & ambiance, washroom was clean. I would recommend this place to try once and decide.

Must try, Taste is absolutely delicious, They just need to improve service in weekend days although, its worth the waiting, highly recommended..🍴🤤
