Very disappointed with the care my brother received while there for 19 days. A fall that was not reported until a 2nd fall and he was sent out to hospital. A 3rd fall with a busted lip on another unit. Hope to never have to use this facility again. The Therapy Department was great.

I was there at that facility three years ago and they were really nice to me,, the nurses and CNAs were all nice and the therapists were amazing. I'll give this place a thumbs up 👍 Y'all keep up the good work, you're doing great. That's my story and I'm sticking to it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

If you're Love One's needs good Therpy this is the place to bring them to we have the best Therpy department in the South it's not what l heard it's what's l know and what l see everyday these patients are walking around here and we do have a Good Nursing Team ...CNA'S Environmental and Mrs.Mary Joe's Good cooking it is truly good hearted people work here employees here that Loves what they do l can't leave out our Administrator he's the best.

This is an excellent facility to send your loved one or yourself I was greeted at the front door I was greeted in the van when they transported me from another facility and I was greeted in the van with a pleasant young lady who was very had a great attitude we walked into the door of of the facility everybody had a great attitude they welcomed me made me feel special the nurses even the nurses AIDS on on my floor absolutely wonderful thank you for what you're doing rehab select the Talladega keep up the great job. To all the AIDS the nurses physical therapy everybody was absolutely the therapy department great job great job guys

This place is a horrific nightmare! They are just inhumane. The State of Alabama should require more. I have contacted the state several times. There is a definite breakdown in communication, They advertise 24 hours, and you can't get an answer at 2 p.m. I have called at various intervals. When I spoke to someone about it, they always insisted that it was during shift change. My relative is there and I am fearful of what's happening. If you're finally able to speak with someone, they are apologetic, and have no knowledge of what's going on. Hopefully, the right agents will be able to fully investigate this facility.

My brother is in this facility. I am out of state and he calls regularly complaining about his care. He is paralyzed. They don't feed him all the time. He has lost over 50lds. He has bed soars and UTI infections. I am trying to find out how to get a we'll check. His social worker isn't working on his behalf.

I really don't know how to word this but I'll try. If I something good to say then I would be glad to write about it. I have a brother that was almost forced to go to rehab select against his will. . He was at Huntsville hospital and when it was time for him to leave they took him to Talladega which is over 2 hours from his family and place where he grew up. The thing that bothers me is I can't check on him because probably 7 or 8 employees have answered the phone then say they will go tell him to call me but I never hear anything from anybody. I haven't spoke to my brother in going on 2 weeks because their phones are messed up. To all the people that have lied to me, may God's mercy be on you for lying about such stuff. My brother caught COVID-19 from a roommate they put him in the room with and now I can't get anybody to tell me how he is doing. It does me no good to call the place they haven't done anything they said they was gonna do like have my brother call me. I have got to figure out a way to get him away from there. It's ridiculous that I have no idea what's going on with him.

I've been in this facility for about 3 hours visiting my sister, and if I could give this place 5 negative stars, I would give it 10. Nurses are RUDE, they've got this I care less attitude towards the patients, The CNA's are very courteous , and seem to care, it took over 2 hours past the prescribed time for my sister's pain meds, and it took me 4 trips to the nursing station to finally get it done,..I will be following up with the administration of this facility and more than likely try to get my sister to another facility
