We were craving some sushi, and as a matter of luck, walked by this whole in the wall heaven. Prices seemed affordable so we sat down and gave the menu a look. Instantly knew that this place was going to be our lunch. Rolls were great prices, and there was a good selection of other entrees. For two of us, the udon noodles and 2 rolls were more than enough food. Its a tiny shop so not a lot of seating, 1 server meaning service can be a little slow, and the sushi was freshly made so the flavor was outstanding. This spot may not be as well know as some of the bigger sushi spots, but the environment made it to the top of our list.

An unobtrusive, small restaurant in the centre of Puerto Varas. Upon entering, the restaurant exudes its charm and you are immediately welcomed by the staff. The selection of Japanese dishes, especially sushi, is great and there is something for every taste. All dishes are fresh and prepared to order. The quality, especially of the sushi, is outstanding! The prices are fair and rather reasonable for the quality and selection on offer. Full recommendation!

Absolute top. A real Japanese restaurant both in its form, in a nice small and well furnished place, and in its excellent cuisine: I ate yakisoba like only in Japan, and simple and perfect vegan rolls. Magnificent hospitality. I don't know what to say, jus that I will only ever come back here to Puerto Varas.

Easily the best non Chilean restaurant in Puerta Varas. Sushi and Ramen are exceptional. We went twice. Great service too. Only a few seats so make sure you get there early!
