    Good prices, but horrible after-sales service!! My order did not arrive because the jacket supposedly broke and it was the last one, then when I asked for the change they did not answer the WhatsApp all day to provide the solution, much less answer the call center They did not communicate until the next day saying that the order was on its way. They contacted me again because they had made a mistake and brought another one and that finally my order would arrive two days later, when the website offers express delivery. I asked them that I needed it the same day! And they told me that the product I ordered in exchange for the other one was also broken and that they couldn't bring it. Finally I asked for my money back. Which I hope will be returned soon. Terrible store!

    Terrible after-sales service. No one is responsible for delays in shipments. There is no stock control. We will never shop at SuperZoo again. Physical stores are aware of the terrible after-sales service and do not help you at all

    Very annoying, I made a purchase with shipping the next day and it turns out that it did not arrive and they sent me an email informing me that something went wrong and my product will not arrive. The lack of empathy bothers me since they could have called offering alternatives and thus not be left with the problem. Your solution is that they will return my money in 15 days and what happens to the product? I bought 70,000 that no one has enough money for and I had to buy it in another country with money that I had budgeted to spend now a day they still haven't contacted me and they haven't given me a refund either. Very annoying, I do not recommend at all

    Super bad experience, from the moment I entered the premises the guard began to follow me along with my family, through each hallway as we looked for what we needed for our pets, while a girl with a strange attitude asked us what we needed all the time, I do not recommend anyone Go to this place, they judge you by your physical appearance. While I was paying what we had, a group of people entered and did not follow or harass us like they did. I will never buy from the store that is located in the Plaza Florida Center mall again, they are disgusting people!!!!!!!!!

    The indicated schedule is not met. I went to buy my dog's food (special) and I arrived at the place at 8:15 p.m., and a saleswoman in a very bad manner told me that they close at that time. When refuting this information, he says that they close at 8:15 p.m. to leave the premises at 8:30 p.m. At the same time, another client arrived, complaining about the same thing as me and the response was the same. Given what happened, another seller comes out and offers to sell as long as we pay by card. We both rejected what was offered, since the attitude from the beginning was bad disposition.

    There are beautiful but high-cost products. I bought a cat tree and in less than a year it broke and the structures fell off. Value does not represent quality unfortunately.

    Horrible el servicio post venta. No saben manejar el inventario y se hacen los desentendidos cuando tienen que devolver el dinero. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE SITIO

    Excellent atention. Especially with online orders. The only thing I noticed that was different compared to the service at other SuperZoo locations is that they asked me for my ID to pick up the order and not the order number as they did at other SuperZoo locations.

    No willingness to care and zero knowledge regarding animals and veterinary medicine, they didn't even know the products they were selling. I asked about an antiparasitic collar and they told me "we don't have it" when the product was in the medicine closet. As a suggestion, hire people with more willingness, who have patience to work with people and like to serve. Because many left something to be desired in terms of customer orientation and knowledge.

    Hola, cuál es el horario real de apertura? Hoy sábado 19/02 siendo las 9:40am nos dijeron que estaba cerrado. Por favor aclarar los horarios y también revisar a qué horario comienzan a atender realmente los trabajadores.
