Had a wonderful time skinning up and skiing down Villarrica! The guides are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always put safety first. Visiting the volcano is a wonderful experience made better by the top notch team at Ermitaño Expediciones!

Me and my girlfriend bought the trip to volcano Quetrupillan. Two days before a trip, main guide inform us about all the details connected with the trip. Moreover, on the day of the trip , guides came for us to our hostel by car (6am). In the company we got from Ermitano all equipment we need. Boots jacket gloves special suit for sliding , crampons. During the trip, the guide noticed that i dont have sunglasses so he gave me his own. Moreover, on the trip on every three person, there was one guide. Every guide on the trip were taking care how the patricipants feel. They seem to be prepare for everything. The guides also know a lot about surrounding Area and the volcano. The most beautiful was that the guides were really passionates. I reccommend this company!

First time I ever give 5 stars to a tour agency. They were very professional from the start, they don't commit themselves to bring food which is something I liked cause all agencies bring dog food and charge it as if it was premiere catering. Sliding down the mountain was the highlight of the trip to Pucon. Very fun and friendly guides as well, I do recommend.

Our guide Christian was great. I was surprised to learn about how to use ice axe and crampons and how to avoid falling rocks halfway up mountain instead of at the start..!!!... but the guide was cool! Explained well and it was really a precaution.They gave us a beer at the end. I wanted to buy our guide a beer!! Worth it.

Amazing experience with awesome guides! Originally booked the Tour with another Agency where the guide did not show up. Luckily we were able to join this group. Would advise everybody to experience this climb with Ermitaño Expediciones because the guides were very helpful, funny and taught us a lot about everything in connection with the volcano. Also the cheapest price to go up as far as I know!

This was by far the best experience of my trip to Chile!! If you're a geology nerd like myself, you already know trekking on a volcán is a must on your itinerary. This company specifically had the best guides, very friendly and ENCOURAGING for us who struggled to summit the crater. Thank you so much Eric!
