The hotel is in an beautifully renovated old house located in a historical area of Santiago near downtown. It is a small bed and breakfast where the owner's try the most to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, the room is quiet and the atmosphere is serene.

The property was quaint and historic, close to vibrant Barrio Brasil. It's location was also very close to most tourist attractions in Santiago de Chile and a few steps outside a metro stop. The staff of Sebastian and Patricia were very welcoming. They balanced English and Spanish fluently. The owner of the hotel Alfredo adds a personal touch by calling you before your arrival, and checking which type of breakfast you would prefer. Moreover, I had the great benefit of receiving recommendations for places to eat Chilean food above the cheapest way to get to the airport. A very personal and comfortable place this was!

Todo muy bien excelentemente lugar para relajarse bastante bonito y con historia es una casa bastante hermosa. Con salas con ventana para poder relajarse tomarte el té y departir con los tuyos y en una zona bastante estratégica para moverte a diferentes lugares infraestructura muy linda. Patty y Alfredo excelentes anfitriones siempre dispuestos a ayudar muy amables. Lo recomiendo bastante de lo mejor en Chile 🇨🇱

Me he alojado en muchos hoteles de todo el mundo. ¡Este tiene el mejor servicio con diferencia! Me permitieron hacer un check-in temprano y un check-out tardío. Me hacían un desayuno caliente todas las mañanas y por la noche me ofrecían té caliente. También me ayudaron con cualquier pregunta que tuve durante mi estadía en Santiago, incluso me dieron una tarjeta BIP (tarjeta de metro) con alguna tarifa ya incluida. Este hotel en sí es una casa encantadora y antigua con algunas habitaciones, por lo que te sentirás como en casa. Las habitaciones y los baños son cómodos y limpios, con un armario grande, baños renovados y camas cálidas. Por supuesto, hay wifi gratuito. El hotel también se encuentra en una ubicación conveniente, a solo dos minutos a pie de la estación República de metro, y todas las excursiones que reserve pueden recogerlo directamente en el hotel. ------------------------ I have stayed in many hotels all over the world. This one has the best service by far! They permitted me to do an early check-in and a late check-out. I was made a hot breakfast every morning, and at night I was offered hot tea. They also helped me with any questions I had during my stay in Santiago, including giving me a BIP card (metro card) with some fare already on it. This hotel itself is a charming and antique house with a few rooms, so you feel right at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean, with a large closet, updated bathrooms, and warm beds. There is of course complimentary wifi. The hotel is also in a convenient location, just a two minute walk to the República metro station, and all excursions you book are able to pick you up straight from the hotel.

Habitaciones impecable. Preocupados de los detalles. Ideal para dormir y descanzar con tranquilidad. Ideal también para hacer trámites. Ubicado cerca del metro, muy central y bonito entorno. Sin ruidos molestos. Grata decoración, cálidas maderas antiguas restauradas, lo que le da un estilo acogedor, natural, minimalista.

Patricia and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Flavia, Manuela, Marcela and the rest of these wonderful assistants were very courteous and efficient. The house is quite old but is has been vastly renovated. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are renovated, clean and up-to-date. The barrio used to be THE place to live back in the days. It still carries strong traces of architectural prowess of days gone by. Breakfast is quite diverse and should satisfy most tastes. I stayed for 5 days and I consider this place one of my best stays in Chile.

Stayed overnight at this super clean, super comfortable, oozing with charm family run hotel at a historic district in Santiago! Old charm with original wood touches, felt like I was in a flat in the heart of Paris! The owners absolutely treated us like family! Great breakfast. Great personal service. Even walked us to the metro! We loved it so much, we wanted to stay longer! What a fantastic find! I will definitely return to this hotel one day!!!

This was by far the best breakfast we had in a hotel. The hotel owners make you feel like you are at home and they even upgraded us to a better room with no charge. The place is recently renovated and it was very nicely done.

Nos quedamos para nuestra noche de bodas y fue excelente la atención y el lugar. La casona es realmente hermosa y los anfitriones muy amables y atentos. El desayuno fue un 10/10 muy rico. Se nota que los dueños hacen el trabajo con mucho amor.

100년이 넘은 고풍스러운 건물에서 묵을 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 벽에 그림을 배치하지 않고 건물에 집중하게 했다는 주인 알베르토님의 센스가 돋보였습니다. 조식은 신선한 과일, 빵, 까사콘데만의 계란요리(계란, 햄, 토마토, 치즈가 들어간 요리), 요거트, 차 등 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 비행기 시간이 늦은 저녁이었는데 배려해주셔서 레이트 체크아웃을 할 수 있었습니다. 공항버스 타는 곳과 도보 7~8분 거리라서 위치도 무척 좋았습니다. 주인분이신 알베르토님, 아내분, 매니저님 모두 친절하게 환대해주셔서 산티아고에서 행복한 추억을 남기게 되었습니다. 정말 감사합니다.

This place is a real hidden gem. We had to stay an extra night in Santiago unexpectedly and came across Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. It’s located close to the train and bus stations and has plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Although it doesn’t look like a traditional hotel from the outside, don’t let that fool you. This place is cozy, clean and extremely spacious. The staff are the most friendly I’ve ever experienced and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Our room was comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. We had to leave very early in the morning and so they even packed us a breakfast to go. I really cannot say enough positive things about the staff here. If you need a hotel in downtown Santiago, stay here. You won’t regret it.

Best service I ever experienced in all my vacations so far. Nothing comparable when it comes to the friendly and helpful employees. Breakfast is perfect. Everything you need and you can even get personalised scrambled eggs :) Special thanks to Manuela and Flavia.
