Very good service, Hector was always available to answer my queries and he gave me a car in good condition for my week of rental. Even came to pick me up at the airport. Viviana who handled me the car was very nice and helpful, great communication and service. I had a small issue with one of the tire deflating, Hector found someone for me to repair the tire even though I was in Argentina. Great service, I recommend them. Check in and check out were fast and efficient and paperwork to go to Argentina with the car were all arranged. Thank you Hector and Viviana, I had a great time and the car was good.

5 star experience. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Hector met us at the airport with our vehicle and thoroughly explained the rental process. We are not fluent in Spanish, and he took the time to ensure we understood everything. The car was in excellent condition. Upon return of the vehicle, they graciously drove us to the bus station and bid us fairwell. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.

I highly recommend renting a car from Rent a Car VHM Natales. I chose this company because of the ability to return the car at the airport before my early morning flight, which wasn't an option with the larger company in the area.  What I got was amazing personalized service that went far above my expectations. Communication was excellent and the car was in good shape. I had an issue with my credit card due to an attempted fraud in Santiago. Hector and Viviana were extremely patient and helpful while I worked out issues with my credit card company on the phone. Thank you Hector and Viviana for all your help and for saving my Torres del Paine vacation!

We needed a rental car last minute and the company was very helpful and accommodating plus really good pricing. The person from the company came to pick us up from the airport. She was very helpful in how to get to Torres del Paine and what restaurants we could try out. We dropped the car back to the place in Puerto Natales and she drove us to the airport. It was a great car as we were able to tour a lot of Patagonia province. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! The perfect car rental for your trip in Patagonia or to Torres del Paine. The car was in a very good condition. The service of VHM Natales is outstanding, very friendly and helpful staff. They have been very flexible with pickup and return dates and both times we’ve been able to pick up / return the car at the airport.

Easy communication through whatsapp. They had brought the car to me from Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas (for an extra fee), was delayed because of weather conditions, so not in their control and was given a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Overall, good experience with the company, easy communication and car was new and in good condition.
