Cool hotel! Nice accommodation, pool at the roof, nice food in restaurant. Close to everything.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms were great, the service is lovely, they have on site parking (just a note it is a little tight), are located close to many good restaurants and the malecon. The rooftop has a great view, and as of middle of November they were not yet offering breakfast/ a bar service (should be operational now). Photos are of the view from the top.

stayed here for 4 days in July, traveling with a family of 5 (3kids) one of my kids was sick and we needed to have the bed sheets changed. called numerous times to the front desk. kept on being told someone would come. nobody came up the first night so we changed the sheets ourselves. called again the next morning and asked for someone to be sent up so they could get the dirty sheets. couple hours later someone finally came up for them. what made matters worse was when I checked out they added a $70.00 (U.S) charge to by stay stating that the cost of washing the sheets was not included in the price of the booking. didn't bother arguing since I just wanted to leave at this point. parking lot underground is extremely small does not accommodate for families driving larger vehicles.

Great view of the town and the ocean from the roof top, especially with the new year's fireworks display. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast not included but delicious. Amazing seaview and staff is helpfull with all kinds of questions!
