The place is nice, although Instagram has more photos of its location in Santiago than this small place in a parking lot. The food is very sugary, dipped in chocolate, delicacy and cream, so prefer a combination of salty and sugar or you will end up cloying with 3 bites and, with the price they have, it is better to finish the meal. The place is pretty and the service is just as nice, in addition to being great for taking pink photos, I recommend wearing pink and attending after 5pm on weekdays, before that time, or after 7, you have to wait haha I recommend the tea cups and staying away from the waffle tower.

It is a very small place. Cozy though. You have to wait for a table, but the girls serve you very well. I must criticize the establishment's ordering system, for me it is not good because our order was 1 American coffee, 1 teapot, a waffle and a piece of toast with avocado and poached eggs and the entire order arrived with leaks. They should evaluate that because in the South things work differently. Orders should arrive all together. It is tidy, clean, the bathrooms are always impeccable. I understand that it's been 2 months and there are things that can be improved.

What I ate was good, some meat Meat Balls stuffed with cheedar cheese and wrapped in bacon, but it's not a place I would return to, it's light years away from Vitacura.

Terrible attention, the dishes arrive untidy, a notable lack of coordination, they lack a lot of communication, although there are very friendly girls (I take a hot chocolate with marshmellos) but another girl who took my plate of salad, basically threw the salad at me and asked for lemon , maybe he delivered it in a very bad way, so I didn't leave a tip and it was worse, I really won't go back, very nice but I didn't even feel like taking photos with his bad attention.

The girls are friendly, however, they lack communication with customers. Very bad experience. We are a family of 5 people, as a family we wanted to enter the premises with some drinks from another place, they told us that we should order a drink from the place, we did and they told us that it should be one per person. Because of absurd policies like these, they lost at least 50 thousand pesos of everything we ordered. We decided to leave due to the poor service.
