Amazing! The 5 star rating is well earned. We loved this bar! Very professional service (all of them speak very good English too), the cocktails are amazing and, in my opinion, more than reasonably priced, huge selection of whiskeys and other gins, good music... They only allow as much people inside the bar as there are seats available. So, prepare to queue up, especially if you come later.

A Gin Lover's Paradise in Puerto Natales! If you're in Puerto Natales and searching for a unique and memorable experience, look no further than this Gin Distillery. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for something special. Passion for Gin: What sets this distillery apart is the palpable passion for gin that every staff member exudes. They love what they do, and it reflects in every aspect of the experience, from the drinks to the ambiance. Guided Tours: They offer free guided tours in English at 17:30 and in Spanish at 18:30. I was fortunate to take the tour with Matt, one of the owners, who dedicated his time to showcase their craft of gin-making with a lot of enthusiasm, sharing his profound passion for their product. Seasonal Menu of Cocktails: I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere and first thing that caught my eye was their impressive seasonal menu of cocktails. Each drink was a work of art, carefully crafted to tantalize the taste buds. I tried the "Queen of Hearts," a drink that beautifully combined local flavors with their house-made gin. The result was pure magic in a glass! If you're a gin aficionado, you'll appreciate the fact that everything that has gin in it here is made with their very own gin. The quality and craftsmanship shone through in every sip. Also important to mention that they always had water at your disposal, ensuring you can savor the flavors without worry. Worth Showing Up Early: I highly recommend arriving early, especially on weekends. This place can get quite busy, and you'll want to secure a prime spot to enjoy the experience to the fullest. Everyone Speaks English: Don't worry if your Spanish is a bit rusty. The friendly staff here is fluent in English, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Snacks Prepared with Care: I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail when it came to snacks. The pairing of gin with their carefully prepared snacks was a delightful journey for the palate. In summary, this Gin Distillery in Puerto Natales is an absolute gem. Whether you're a gin enthusiast or just looking for a one-of-a-kind experience, this place is a must-visit. With its exceptional cocktails, English-speaking staff, care in every detail, and a palpable love for gin, it's an experience that will leave you with wonderful memories. Cheers to an unforgettable time!

Over a period of 3 weeks in Puerto Natales we went enough times to take the tour, try all of the drinks on the menu, and try all of the food! 😳😂 Staff awesomeness and quality of drinks/food was consistent and the experience/quality is really good value. Great team putting out a great product in a super cozy space. See you all next year!

I would give 500 stars if I could. Last Hope Distillery was the last thing that my husband and I expected to find during our stay in Natales, but we are so thrilled that we did. We visited last Friday night expecting to have a quick drink before dinner and ended up staying for several hours because it was such a wonderful experience and atmosphere. Both our server and the owner, Matt, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with Matt being so kind as to give us a "quick" tour in English that lasted probably 45 minutes because we couldn't stop chatting. His passion for their craft is evident and you can't help but grow a deeper appreciation for their spirits. We ended up ordering 4 cocktails: AAM, Calafate Spritz, their weekly special, and a cardamom Tom Collins off their [not-so] secret menu. Each one was out of this world and it quickly became one of our favorite nights in our 3 months traveling South America so far. End of novel. Just GO!!

Great experience here on Christmas Eve ( apart from a hangover the next morning). Had a tour and an explanation of the gin making process. Tried some of the cocktails and treated ourselves to a nice whiskey. The guys who run this place are really passionate about it and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Phenomenal cocktail bar with two wonderful owners that have done an incredible job of creating Chile’s first gin (& soon to be whiskey) distillery. We tried 6 cocktails and all were genuinely delicious, our highlights: Day Dream (espresso martini-esque), Super Tom (old fashioned-esque) and Kosmos. Matt is such a character and when I mentioned it was my partner’s birthday in passing, very kindly got a surprise desert with a candle in it, with the entire bar singing happy birthday to her. A very special bar/distillery and one I hope to return to one day to sample the whiskey!

Top tier. Second night in a row, packed but rightly so. The drinks are fantastic, service is top notch and the snacks are well done and perfectly presented. Will come back!

An amazing busy and vibrant bar, attached to a distillery! A very warm welcome by the barman and brief introduction to their two types of gin. The hour distillery tour with the owner was entertaining, fun and informative about their gin and whiskey - the latter still ageing in barrels!

Awesome little distillery and bar! We went for the tour and a "few" drinks before and after. Welcomed with a taster of both of their gins, which were really good. Both the owners (Matt/Kiera) and all of the staff (Antonio welcomed us with the tastings) were friendly and really knowledgeable. Did the tour with Matt which was informative and interesting. Looking forward to trying their whisky when it's ready! Great drinks, and picked up a bottle of their London Dry to take back too. Highly recommended to all, especially gin lovers, though they had great non-alcoholic drinks too.

Great dinner with lots of fun sharing options. They make their own spectacular gin and have many fun cocktail and drink options. The service is very friendly and helpful. We had an awesome time here.

This place is a MUST VISIT in Puerto Natales. There is a reason they have a 5-star review. The gin is incredible. The staff are so attentive and provide so much information about the gin and cocktails you order too. Make sure you come along for the distillery tour. The owner is so passionate about his craft. Our only regret is that we can’t fit more gin in our bags for our flight home!

It was an expected surprise finding a bar like this one in this small town. Awesome little distillery and bar with nice ambience and finger food. Welcomed with a taster of both of their gins, which were really nice although I am not a gin fan myself. We took several cocktails which were all tasteful. All in all highly recommended.

Took a tour with one of the owners, Matt, which was fun and with a lot of information. Then stayed for a few drinks. Their gin is really good, can't wait for the whiskey to be ready. It's an epic place to go for drinks, better come early cause it gets crowded for this reason.

Honestly the best bar I’ve been to, ever. Everybody was super friendly and welcoming, I’ve never felt this comfortable in a bar. They took their time to recommend the best cocktail basing on the personal preferences. The cocktails they serve are one of a kind, really special and so delicious. We went there to try one cocktail before going home, ended up trying three per person and came back one week later. I’m really sad this bar is so far away from my home and I won’t be back any time soon. So if you are in Puerto Natales, go and give it a try! Even if you are not a Cocktail-Person (maybe afterwards you’ll be).

This place is great. They have a 530pm English tour of the distillery, which was worth it if you can make it. It was started by 2 Australians and you get to sample the made in house gins when you arrive so I would get there a little earlier to get the samples and order a drink to sip on throughout the ~45 min tour. It was lively and entertaining to hear the story of the gin industry and how some of the business and gin and whiskey creation works. Their cocktails are phenomenal and all of the staff are extremely friendly and make sure you’re taken care of through the evening. Unfortunately, I wasn’t that hungry so I didn’t get a chance to try their food. But I did sit at the bar and the empanadas and Reuben sandwiches looked really good. Their drink specials change every month, I had the Debutant but switched it up to use Calafate gin and it tasted like straight juice, which was perfect for me.

An absolute must visit when in Puerto Natales. The service is impeccable, kind, the prices are inexpensive and the drinks are wonderful. Very good English and Spanish spoken, you won't regret going.

If this is my last hope …. I’m fine with it. Very nice bar, probably the most southern one I have been to. Their home made gin is very tasty. I can recommend the local one with the taste of calafate berries. The bar team is very professional, quick and friendly. The cocktails are very, very good.

Best bar I’ve been to! Anywhere! We got a free gin tasting for waiting in line to get in, and the staff were incredible. Drinks were great and very affordable. We went here on our last night of the O Trek, and it was a perfect end to a perfect week. Very deserving of 5 stars!

We only planned to get one drink but stayed for a second and bought a bottle of calafate gin to take back home. Lively and upbeat vibe, super friendly staff, all the drinks we had were unique and tasty, and as a bonus the empanadas (which already sounded good) exceeded our expectations.

Let’s keep this perfect 5/5 trend going as long as they keep earning it! The service was next level, the ambiance was quaint, modern, and rustic. One of the owners greeted us from the sidewalk as we waiting in line to be allowed entry. The drinks were carefully explained and created with precision and speed, not to mention absolutely delicious. I’m also a fan of their homemade empanadas. They distill two different types of Gin on the premesis and give you a sample of both as soon as you take a seat. I would expect to find this bar on the rooftop of the swankiest hotel in any major metropolitan city. Lucky for us adventurers, it’s right here in Puerto Natales. Thank you again for exceptional hospitality!

Stopped by for a quick drink and a bite on our way to the bus station. Absolutely worth it! They open at 1700 (5pm) with a free tour at 1730 (5:30p). We tasted their two gins: dry and Calafate. They can make a number of their cocktails as non-alcoholic versions!! They do not have their own whisky yet... 2-3 more years still. Excellent service and drinks, and tasty jerky.

What a treat. A rare find, introducing gin and whisky to Chile in earnest, with local and overseas cultures mixing beautifully in this great bar. Could do with some BBQ Shrimps on the food menu perhaps?

The drinks, the place, the staff, the food is just... *mwuah* five stars! The best negroni I ever had. (and I must add it's vegetarian friendly, lots of vegetarian options) <3

I have visited many cocktail bars in my time but I think this one has been my favourite. Blend of good staff, quality cocktails/gins, and good pricing. If only closer to home. Hats off
