The worst experience. I made a reservation, even transfer 50% of the price, and when i arrived to the place my reservation hadn´t been taken (there were no rooms so i had to travel back to Santiago). There was no even a good apologies from the administration, it took me about a month to recover the money.

We had a great stay at La Calma de Rita. The rooms are spectacular (ask for one where you sleep in a giant wine barrel). There is a pool and a large garden to use. Our room also had a private terrace, which was nice. The staff was also very charming and welcoming -> when we returned from a cycling trip, cold drinks were already waiting for us. :-) Much recommended!

We had an incredible stay!! Felt like we were visiting family. Carlos and Paz went out of their way to accommodate us and made our last days in Chile absolutely perfect. The wine barrel room was perfect and although the restaurant/communal area was a bit dated we felt it added to the experience.

Nice idea, but reality is terrible. No update since how many years ? No safety. Door can be open easily, no hooks or board for cloth🤨 95 US$ @night for a cold wodden cottage, teribble breakfast and not really nice atmosphere. Thanks, but after two nights I was looking for some alternative. 😤 ciao never comeback again 👋

Very nice hotel, though quite pricey. The rooms are really nice and many if them have the bed inside giant old wine barrels. There is a pool and the eating areas are spacious, clean with great meals. Bathrooms are okay.

Amazing place with very caring and attentive hosts. Feels like being home. Very different from what you might know as your bed is either placed in a wine barrel, a wagon or a truck. As it is a little bit outside from Santiago but easy to reach by Uber, you'll like the peacful environment and privacy. Go on a bike & wine tour, you'll love it!

Very cute place with a lot of personality. Artistic touch but little attention to the practical details which takes away from the enjoyment.

This place located in the heart of Pirque is a trip to a fantasy world. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful cabins that look like the Hobbit's home. Great food in a fabulous natural sanctuary, with a very nice antiques store. The Plateada and Pastel de choclo are definitely dishes to try. A plus if you order a bottle of Espino, a nice local cabernet sauvignon. The service is very slow though, so one must be patient. A worthy experience.

Made a booking right after 7 PM, and they hadn’t checked it yet by the time we arrived at 4 PM. Unsure why their website has me put my estimated arrival time, as the room was not ready until 5. While they gave us a complimentary beverage, that’s not ok. They also told me the gate would be closed, and to call security to have them open the gate late at night. Called 4 times, no one answered, and I had to climb over the locked gate to open it, so I could park the car and we could get to our room to sleep. This is simply unacceptable. While I paid online, they also made me pay again when I got there. Unknown why, as I clicked on the pay now option online. I’ve never had a hotel do this, and I live about 1/4 of the year in hotels across the world. The breakfast is ok, but not at all good for this being called a “boutique” hotel. Not to the quality of Asian, European, or North American boutique hotels, yet it was about the same price as those. Apparently hot tubs do cost extra to use, again not a very boutique feel. Located in a very central area to vineyards Great customer service Very quiet grounds Good Mountain View’s Safe and secure location The bed is quite good, the shower pressure is great. They have great body wash, but no shampoo is available. Overall, this could be a fantastic hotel with a few minor changes. I am open to coming here again, but either the price has to be cut by at least 50% (otherwise airbnbs are available at the same rate, just better) or they need to improve some very little things.

I am very picky about hotels and stays. This spa hotel is the GEM. We came for a winery tour at Alyan. It’s 5 km away to avoid driving tipsy. Hotel reps offered us bikes to commute back and forth with a lock. Arranged a late after hour wet sauna session. Take a room with a jacuzzi on 2nd floor. It’s a blast! You see stars at night.
