I
must
admit
that
the
clinic
or
rather
the
new
way
of
operating
this
clinic
has
shown
an
evident
precariousness
in
terms
of
its
empathy
towards
both
the
pet
and
the
owner,
knowing
this
clinic
long
before
it
changed
branches
and
even
before
they
were
simply
greedy
that
only
seek
to
extort
money
from
the
owner,
who
is
ignorant
on
the
subject,
to
obtain
more
money
from
the
suffering
of
others.
My
particular
case
is
that
I
have
a
cat
with
chronic
kidney
problems,
which
is
why
I
usually
have
to
go
to
your
vet
to
drain
or
unblock
the
animal's
urethra
so
that
it
can
urinate.
The
procedure
consists
of
local
anesthesia,
a
catheter,
and
days
of
rest
with
wet
food,
medication
and
clearly
observation.
It
is
a
process
that
I
have
been
doing
for
about
5
years
with
my
cat.
For
me,
bad
luck,
my
little
one
got
sick
when
his
vet
was
not
there
(holidays,
we
are
all
human),
which
is
why
I
went
to
this
clinic
since
some
time
ago
they
treated
the
father
of
this
same
cat
with
the
same
symptoms,
where
did
they
go?
,
in
his
time,
very
kind,
empathetic
and
understanding
before
a
student
without
a
job.
But
this
return
was
not
like
that
at
all.
I
was
being
required
to
hospitalize
my
cat
to
be
able
to
do
the
procedure,
when
I
was
never
forced
to
do
so
before,
since
I
repeatedly
told
them
that
it
was
not
the
first
time
that
my
cat
suffered
from
said
ailment.
They
did
not
want
to
attend
to
me
although
I
had
to
pay
a
large
amount
of
money
as
it
was
considered
an
emergency.
In
the
end
I
had
to
threaten
to
generate
a
lawsuit
regarding
the
procedure,
since
they
cannot
deny
already
paid
attention,
I
know
it
well
because
I
studied
law
for
4
years.
At
that
time,
the
manager
or
subject
owner
of
the
clinic
brought
me
a
letter
where
I
was
aware
of
the
dangers
of
taking
my
cat
without
hospitalizing
him
so
that
they
would
finally
do
what
I
asked.
In
addition
to
that
inconvenience,
the
veterinarian
who
treated
me
tried
to
be
as
understanding
as
possible,
but
without
the
authorization
of
said
manager,
he
could
not
do
anything.
According
to
his
words.
(Original)
Debo
admitir
que
la
clínica
o
más
bien
la
nueva
forma
de
operar
de
esta
clínica
ha
demostrado
una
evidente
precariedad
en
cuanto
a
su
empatía
hacia
tanto
la
mascota
como
el
dueño,
conociendo
esta
clínica
mucho
antes
que
cambiara
de
sucursal
e
incluso
antes
que
fueran
simplemente
codiciosos
que
sólo
buscan
extorsionar
al
dueño,
ignorante
sobre
el
tema,
para
obtener
más
dinero
del
sufrimiento
ajeno.
Mi
caso
particular
es
que
tengo
un
gato
con
problemas
renales
crónicos,
cosa
por
la
cual
usualmente
debo
acudir
a
su
veterinaria
de
cabecera
para
drenar
o
desobstruir
la
uretra
del
animal
para
que
pueda
orinar,
el
procedimiento
consta
de
anestesia
local,
sonda,
y
días
de
reposo
con
comida
húmeda,
medicamentos
y
claramente
observación.
Es
un
proceso
que
llevo
haciendo
alrededor
de
5
años
con
mi
gato.
Para
mí
mala
suerte
mi
pequeño
enfermó
cuando
la
veterinaria
de
este
no
se
encontraba
(vacaciones,
todos
somos
humanos),
cosa
por
lo
cual,
acudí
a
esta
clínica
puesto
que
tiempo
atrás
atendieron
al
padre
de
este
mismo
gato
bajo
los
mismos
síntomas,
dónde
fueron,
en
su
tiempo,
muy
amables,
empáticos
y
comprensivos
ante
una
estudiante
sin
trabajo.
Pero
está
vuelta
no
fue
para
nada
así.
Se
me
estaba
exigiendo
que
hospitalizara
a
mi
gato
para
poder
hacerle
el
procedimiento,
cuando
antes
nunca
se
me
obligó
a
ello,
ya
que,
les
dije
reiteradas
veces
que
no
era
primera
vez
que
mi
felino
sufría
de
dicha
dolencia.
No
me
querían
atender
aunque
tuve
que
pagar
una
cuantiosa
cantidad
de
dinero
al
considerarse
una
urgencia.
Al
final
tuve
que
amenazar
con
generar
una
demanda
respecto
al
procedimiento,
puesto
que
no
se
pueden
negar
a
una
atención
ya
pagada,
lo
sé
bien
pues
estudie
4
años
leyes.
En
dicho
momento
el
gerente
o
sujeto
dueño
de
la
clínica
me
llevó
un
escrito
donde
yo
era
consciente
de
los
peligros
de
llevarme
a
mi
gato
sin
hospitalizarlo
para
que
por
fin
hicieran
lo
que
pedí.
Además
de
ese
inconveniente,
el
veterinario
que
me
atendió
trató
de
ser
lo
más
comprensivo
posible,
pero
sin
la
autorización
de
dicho
gerente,
él
no
podía
hacer
nada.
Según
sus
palabras.
