Beautiful and well maintained. The Chappel was closed when I visited in the morning .

Lots of trash around this part of the park. It was nice to get to the very top of the park but I’ve enjoyed the rest of the park a lot more. Very crowded and not a lot of refuge from the sun here. Use the bathroom when you see one it can be a good minute before you see another.

A well organised green hill park that can drive you outside the frenetic rhythms of modern life.

Higly recommend going there! The walk is around 4 km and not too steep, so pretty easy. The view is absolutely amazing!

Worth the effort to hike up, but definitely take the cable car ride back. Amazing views!

Beautiful statue of the Virgin Mary next to panoramic views of the Santiago. Only thing I heard about this area is that if you wander too much from main pathways, there is a potential to get robbed, so be careful and stick to populated areas

It’s a symbolic place of Santiago city. We can go there by cable car which is called ”Teleferico” from Oasis station or by funicular from downtown. When we visited there on the weekday, we could see amazing view of Santiago City and Andes mountains. Around noon, there were a lot of people. So, if you want to be comfortable, it’s better to go there early hours.

Wonderful spot with beautiful views of Santiago. The funicular is a fun way to get to the top. Can get crowded depending on weather and time of day.

One of the best places to visit in Santiago. And also is very easy to get there. There is a lot of green areas and great views. Definitely worth the visit. If you like sports you can do trekking, biking (DH, XC).

A beautiful walk up, blue skies, the birds singing, a serene and peaceful place for prayer. Breathtaking views 🙏🏻

We really enjoyed this and the views across the city are fantastic. If you go to Santiago, this is one of the ‘must do’ sites. You can either ride to the top and back on the funicular or walk. I would suggest the funicular up and walk down or do what we did and get the cable car to the other side. Definitely add this to your list.

For the adventurous and athletic - Start your run or hike from the entrance of the park near the Oasis cable car station. Then follow the road all the way to the top of Cerro San Cristobal. Sunday is a great day because there is less air pollution (due less traffic in the city) and there will be a Catholic service at the outdoor church below the statue of Mary.

👍 Huge park. Lots of trails, views, and spaces to find peace from the city traffic, graffiti, and craziness.
