Very good services and friendly staff! They couldn't arrange a guide because ny request was last minute but they agreed to rent me the equipments abd drop them at the start of the ascencion and agreed for me to follow the group even though i couldn't get the tour and advises. Which is super nice from them. Strongly recommend. Plus they are the cheapest of the tour to organise the Osorno volcano ascencion!!
