This place was absolutely delightful! We stayed here for the night our road trip on Carretera Austral. It has been 10 days on the road and I can safely say that this is has been the best meal so far and the best experience in terms of warmth with which you are served and the care that is taken ! Ruth, the owner personally came and checked on us. Highly recommended!

We are staying at Patagonia House only one night, but were pleased to see a real restaurant on site. The overall look and feel suggests high end but approachable, and it didn’t disappoint. We sampled a couple appetizers that were fresh and tasty, entrees were both good, hanger steak and mushroom risotto. Risotto was was a bit heavy on salt, but very mushroom-y and rice was cooked well. Desserts also lovely and well proportioned. Overall one of the best meals during our stay in Chile (which are quite often disappointing). Definitely worth the visit if you’re in the area.

Very nice, secluded restaurant. Monica and the staff were very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the restaurant! If we ever make it back to Coyhaique this place will be my number one choice for dinner!

Great food in a forest like experience. Good service topped with great fresh food. We had the Sea platter to share to start off with and that could of been enough for the three of us accompanied by some beer. I must say the weakest link was the 🎂, not the strong point.

We had a wonderful stay at the Patagonia House. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the grounds were very peaceful and relaxing. A comfortable bed with super nice linens was a plus at the end of our trip. Dinner at the on-site restaurant Börek was another highlight. We had a ceviche, a salmon, and a mushroom risotto (all tasty) with an excellent wine recommendation from the staff. The breakfast was also great (including freshly grilled steak). After dinner we had a soak in one of the hot tubs overlooking the valley at sunset. You have to book ahead and pay extra but it was worthwhile. Would stay again if in Coyhaique!

Best salmon and entraña in Patagonia

The Paillote de Mar Patagón was one of my favorite parts of my stay at Patagonia House! It’s truly the best salmon dish I’ve ever had. Amazingly talented chef, and a dining environment that’s hard to beat. I’m so thankful for this place!

Nice place, good and friendly service. A very good pisco sour, freshly baked bread with the pebre, raising expectations. But the meal didn't quite match, a filete that was about ok, well cooked, but a bit bland, the accompanying potatoes overcooked and bland, the salad of Local greens good and fresh but obviously nothing particular. The "copa de vino" only Carmenere available, way to light without character, a Syrah or a Cabernet would have been the correct thing So, good for what it was, but far from overwhelming. And, of course, a bit overpriced, consequently.

This is by far the best meal we have had along the CA! The staff is very welcoming and kind. Beautiful atmosphere! The drink menu is expansive and diverse. The appetizers are tasty. The main dish was presented beautifully and was delicious. And you must finish everything off with a sweet dessert. Definitely would come back!
