Mucha Historia de Panamá. Excelente senderismo de dificultad media, ese día estaba lloviendo, y tomamos unas 5 hrs. aproximadamente hasta salir por la entrada de camino de cruces

Well marked hiking trail with multiple signs but if you go across the road/going up steps, there is a spot the trail marker shows X and the alternative route gets overgrown. Follow the arrow/go straight and turn right to continue hiking. I could see it become very muddy during rainy season but it was dry when I went. It's dense forest so it's hard to see many animals on the parking lot side but lots of birds singing and monkeys howling constantly. The stair side across from the parking lot was cleared many years back and has nice overlooks/sunny area with tall grass and/or young trees. It was easier to spot animals like monkeys, birds, and lizards.

Der Weg oberhalb der Straße endet nach ca. einer halben Stunde. Ab da ist alles komplett zugewachsen. Der Weg unterhalb der Straße ist am Anfang ausgeschildert, danach keine Schilder mehr. Wir haben den Wanderweg so leider nicht verfolgen können.
