Chopies supermarket on Chililabombwe is situated in the second class near Lubengele Market and a number of Churches as well as the second class bus stop. The area is called 2nd class from the pre independence days because this was the arrangement that was designed by the colonial masters, it used to be the shopping area for natives while the first class was reseved for the whites and so the name is stark up to this day. The shop usually competes well with shoprite both on prices and stocks,so anything you cannot find in shoprite try chopies supermarket you will be guaranteed to find it there. The working hours are from 08:00 to 19:00 hours and the staff are quiet helpful.

Nice place with good commodities though I bought a bottled water which had a very bad test

My experience was great. The lady at the till was so welcoming. Their brown bread is nice. I also liked the arrangement of the shelves. My young brother likes food sold there.

Quiet small but good enough. It's wheelchair accessible and I think you could find anything you looking for.

I am a regular client for this supermarket ever since opening it, and it has made easier things for the local community in terms of shopping and travelling afar like Chingola and kitwe respectively. However,my General appeal is to the management improves in the confectionary and dairy departments by making sure that bakery food does not sleep to be sold next day.Also the expiry date in the dairy products are checked thoroughly to avoid complaints from the general public. Secondly cleanses is next to God. Of course customer care is number one i beg. Tks for coming closer to the community.
