Teníamos una cita a las 16:20 h y, como veníamos de Pemuco, salimos con anticipación para llegar puntualmente. A las 16:00 h, hice el registro en la recepción y confirmé la hora, que ya había llamado por teléfono en la mañana. Después de esperar más de 40 minutos, volví a hablar con la secretaria para preguntarle sobre la hora y las curaciones. Seguimos esperando y, a las 17:45 h, me acerqué de nuevo para saber si el doctor estaba atrasado.     Hoy, necesitaba comunicarme con la Clínica. Me pasé dos hora llamando, sin resultados. Que pasa con la atención a los posibles clientes por variadas enfermedades. Como una clínica moderna no tiene una comunicación expedita, es inconsebible que un paciente este dos horas llamando y no contesten. Creo que sí esteservicio es malo que queda para las atenciones mayores.

    Buena atención de urgencia para mi hijo, pero se demoraron un mes en reembolsar la atención ya que ese día no le tomó la huella digital y tuve que abonar la atención completa.     Le pondría cero estrellas. Horriblea atención por su call Center, 1 hora y media esperando para que nos atiendan y supuestamente habían 4 personas antes de mi llamado. Vinimos físicamente a pedir la hora y las secretarias se esconden y son super déspota con uno.
