The hotel is excellent. I have explored most of Huaraz and I can say with certainty this is an excellent option. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice, but for me it was the service. All the staff were great, but I must call out Luz Ayala as she was so incredibly helpful in helping me make some last minute travel changes due to health issues that had us staying 1 extra day. Luz helped make calls as my Spanish is very poor. Thank you, Luz!

I arrived to stay for a day and it meets expectations, the staff is attentive and very helpful. I would come back anyway for a next time.

Great place to stay in Huaraz! Close to super market, the plaza and many places. It was a little loud as we stayed in the second floor and someone in the third floor kept dropping things to the ground at nights. Enrique, the concierge is the most lovely human being. The rest of the staff depended on the day, were moody or not helpful. They have a restaurant in the hotel which is very decent.

Brand new hotel , the staff was extra friendly, well training. Rooms were clean everything very updated , breakfast was excellent. Welcoming really they made our stayed great. Everything really extremely outstanding in this area . I’m highly recommend
