Overall my visit has been great. Everyone was super friendly and explained everything well. One thing I was most surprised by was the dentist was actually the one who took the time to clean my teeth which to me is rare. I definitely will be a returning customer.

Scheduled an appointment for an exam, x-rays and cleaning. When I arrived they only did the exam and X-rays and rescheduled me for the cleaning for the following day. I explained I’m only off Sunday’s and Monday. They scheduled my cleaning for mid August. I would have expected they call to tell me they wouldn’t be able to do the cleaning. They said they’re short staff. I would not recommend them

First, I dislike going to the dentist usually. However, at Converse Smiles, their team from the front staff to the techs and the dentists all make the visit calm and relaxed. Other offices are not always worried about the pain you feel and make you push through it. Here, they will help in whatever way they can. The dentists and their assistants are knowledgeable and confident in their work. I love this office. They are always flexible in their scheduling and usually get you in the next day or later that week. I have never had to wait weeks or months to be seen. Always friendly and customer service oriented.

I am a VA patient and have been not been receiving the dental care I need...needed to be seen immediately. Converse Smiles got me in next day, gave a no pressure check up and cleaning. Are not pushy and very understanding when presenting your treatment plan. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!

Today I had an appointment again, everyone treats me with great affection, they are very kind. This is the third time they have taken an impression for the prosthesis below. The laboratory works very poorly and the prostheses are very crude, the top one is very bad, when I bite on one side it rises on the other, when I cough if I don't hold it with my tongue, 00am flies out. And it's not that I'm a first-timer, the first ones they did to me were ten years ago and they don't have that problem. I am a cancer survivor patient and I cannot use a product that could cause it. If someone asks me what rating to give this laboratory, I would say very bad.
