I went to Beauty Go for facial today, the service is very good. The environment is clean and nice, and the beauty therapist's skill is excellent. Her massage on my face made me feel great and relaxed. I would like to go back again for facial service. Beauty Go has many different services, from Head to Toe. You can definitely find something you like to do. Highly recommended to anyone who would like to have a great facial!

Beauty Go helped me to find a nice massage salon in the prime district of Causeway Bay. It was a very pleasant experience overall in that Beauty Go reminded me of the appointment beforehand and was able to relay messages efficiently to the salon. At the salon, which was on 28/F of 8 Russell street, I enjoyed a wonderful 1-hour massage with absolutely no hard selling whatsoever which came as a surprise to me as well. While this may be the exception rather than the norm, it was indeed a very pleasant surprise and the value provided was phenomenal.

Location if very convenient, just opposite to Times Square w MTR access. The environment is spacious for the whole floor with decent size individual room for facial/massage treatments. Staff are friendly and massage therapist is good. They also provide free water/tea at reception before and after treatment. Toilet is private for the beauty salon which is good. Price is reasonable so I bought some massage package. Not too hard sell

But for the beauty shop, you have to be prepared they will sell you the package after the beauty service and sometimes you will feel stressed if you do not join the package. so you have to be prepared you may need to spend more than what you expected at the first. Overall, the service is good amd fits my want.

The beauty Go customer service support was pretty nice 👌 and helpful 👍 and aggressive, they using WhatsApp to communicate with me, when I was really busy, or suddenly cannot attend, they still can help to re-arrange, arrange another available day and time, they will not let you hard feeling. That's second nice. And I always ask many questions, they also reply me properly and Patiently.

This is the first time reservation of facial massage and it was fantastic. The app for booking therapy is very user friendly. The therapy is very relaxing and the therapist is professional. The shop is clean and the location is very convenient which located in TST nearby mtr station. I will recommend the therapy to my friends and family because it was a great time for relaxing
