I have not been back to the Lounge cafe for 6-8’months due to the renovation of the hotel. And I was very surprised to see the waitress attended our table was not only bit cold but also un-professional. I’m used to the waiters and waitress not very friendly in HK so did not expect much, but at this place where the price you charge for a plate of granola at $120 +10%, and the place is hardly full at 9am weekday morning, I would expect a bit more of service and warm attitude. To management: still have time to re-train your staff at The Lounge!

The attentiveness and service of the staff (Executive Lounge staff) are priceless. Summary: View from restaurant: 8/10 (We were window seated. Perfect weather. Perfect sea view) Renovation/Design: 5/10 (Executive floor. Simple and clean. Nothing to comment on) Atmosphere: 5/10 (Quiet, Comfy. Good for gathering with family and friends) Service: 9/10 ( I have food allergy, my friend is pregnant. The attentiveness and service of the staff is valuable. We keep coming mostly because of the service) Food, comment from Tea set perspective, definitely not from lunch and dinner perspective since the level of attentiveness and effort are different (Taste 7/10 Plating 5/10 Ingredient 5/10) Overall comments: If you are a local HKer, I recommend here for family, friends gathering and for a date. Comfy & relaxing environment so you can enjoy a moment of peace and silence. If you are a tourist, see my comments above, it’s applicable. And you can enjoy the seaview as well. If you had been to quite a few Michelin 3 stars restaurants in HK and around the world like me, this is not a place that you can expect to have fulfilling and surprising dining experience. I will visit this restaurant again because of the excellent service provided by the staff. Details: As mentioned, Tea set is relatively simple than lunch and dinner. Please don’t expect I have too many details/vocabularies for a rich review. For Savories: Beautifully decorated. I don’t expect ingredients to be fresh in a tea set as I expected in lunch/dinner. Quality of ingredients are fair, not stale. Foie gras not greasy which is of my taste and preference. (See my review for Caprice in FourSeasons, my comment on Foie gras as well) For Sweets: Muffin in Four Season the Lodge that I had was better that in the executive Floor? Better in a sense of crispy on the outside and soft and warm inside and smell butter and freshly baked? I assume they should be of the same quality and the source should be the same but different? For other desserts, since I am not a fan of sweets, the sweetness of the cheese cake, tart and mousse are balanced. They are good. For Sweets: Muffin in Four Season the Lodge that I had was better that in the executive Floor? Better in a sense of crispy on the outside and soft and warm inside and smell butter. The dinner set is on average and the vibe is relaxing. The beef is succulent but the taste is far below the expectation. Even the waiters are helpful, they are unable to remember the individual orders of each customer and cause a bit messy on the dining table.

Refined and formal with precise service, it is definitely a great choice to have breakfast/brunch business meetings. View is great if you get to sit by the windows. Food well presented. On the formal nature of the lounge, no buffet is offered here, only a la carte options. I also had afternoon tea here months ago, may add the pics if I came across them again.

Spacious seating and high ceiling with natural sunlight showering the floor, it is luxurious for a busy lunch in Central. Huge portion of Reuben sandwich, just wondering if one can finish it without a doubt!

Service-wise, superb! The food is a tad expensive for the taste you're getting when it comes to starters and mains. We had the sirloin and at medium-rare it was cooked beautifully but the taste was lacking. Great care was given to the sides like potato gratin and sweet potato fries, though. The best surprise of the meal was the Guanaja Chocolate Crème!!! Absolute decadence and plenty of chocolate to feel guilty about if it were not for the tart mango-passion fruit compote underneath. We also tried the Paneer, Okra and Green Pea curry, but we're a bit disappointed by the mellowed down version of this. Not as flavourful as we'd expect.

Service is amazing, but the place is a bit below other four seasons lounges in the world..

Post-typhoon/Back-to-office lunch at this cute lounge restaurant at the Four Seasons Hong Kong (next to my office building). Love the new menu created by the new Executive Chef, Maxime Luvara! My favourite dishes were Pan Seared Foie Gras Escalope (one of the best I have ever had) and Seafood Cocotte! Their dessert- La Chouquette Profiterole and Glazed Guanaia Chocolate Mousse were so nice toooooo!!

Was here on a weekend afternoon for pre-birthday afternoon tea, and was totally disappointed. We booked 2 weeks in advance and was told the 14:30 session was full (as expected), so we booked the 16:30 - 18:30 session as advised. There were only 3 waiters/waitresses on the floor, which was obviously understaffed. Everyone was so rushed and we felt pretty pushed approaching 18:00. And we decided to pay and leave at 18:15 as our utensils were taken away and it wasn’t a good idea to eat with bear hands. The service was not rude but I could clearly feel the passive aggressiveness like some local yum cha restaurants. Hope the management would review the operational procedures and sufficiency of staff for up-to-standard services.

Seating was comfortable and ambience was nice. Com'on, it's the Four Seasons so there has to be some standards! Staff was very nice. Food was good but wouldn't say great. Considering where it's located, price isn't too expensive. One thing I'll say is that the servers can get a little more training: You don't serve in between people while they are talking (go from the other side), crossing over their faces to pour water (again use the other side), and need to be a little more attentive when people are taking photos to not photo bomb them. Then again it wasn't fine dining, so it's really something I'm nitpicking on. Overall it's an enjoyable experience.

It was an amazing dining experience in The Lounge, FSHK. My friends have organised my birthday dinner in the Lounge, the food were super tasty, specially the lamp. Also the service, u can’t imagine the service can make me felt privilege ... thank you so much for REX, he treated me like a king during my dining time. His passion, his knowledge are the part of the reason that make me felt like having a dinner in my palace. Last but not least, Thank you Four Seasons treating us like a king & queen. We will be back!

I used to be a weekend regular customer for breakfast during the covid years. But I am very disappointed when the economy recovered. I walked in on a weekday morning for breakfast. The lounge was so busy and I got no table. The next week also on a week day, I called before I come. No one answer the phone. I decided to try my luck. Of course, no luck. I'm glad that the restaurant become busy again. But how about us? Any other suggestion that I know the availability before I come. Or I should just delete this restaurant on my list from now on?

Perfect. Food is great. Nice decor and peaceful environment. High-end. Ashley and Darius took initiative to check us out from time to time. Great experience overall.

Great service and ambience. Unfortunately the food was not quite up to our expectation considering the price with some hits and misses, but maybe we picked the wrong dishes.

One of the most overlooked places at Four Seasons Hotel as people are attracted by Lung King Heen, Argo, Caprice, and the Gallery. The Lounge serves decent Tea Stand menu (High Tea) and A La Carte menu. The High Tea set consists of savouries and sweets such as mille-feuille and Parisian flan. and Four Season's signature scones. Personally I prefer the sweets but some people find them to be too sweet. Apart from the High Tea set, you can also order from the A La Carte menu which contains dishes from other cuisines such as Laksa and Hainan Chicken rice, so there is a wide variety of choices who may prefer a meal with bigger servings. In particular I recommend the Hot Chocolate which is one of Four Seaon's signature drinks.
