Very cosy spa with nice ambient in the heart of Central! I went there for salad lunch and masaage, the salad was delicious and the massage was one of the best I have ever had! The price was unbeatable - less than HK $400 with the promotion. The staff is very nice and friendly too, they serve you a custom massage oil tailor to your need; they make nice tea before and after the treatment and make sure you are well looked after while you are in the spa! I would highly recommend it

In the last week I have had a facial and two massages here. All three treatments were lovely and the space at the spa is beautiful and calming. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and I recommend it to others.

Highly recommended. Super skillful and friendly staff, had a relaxing 90min massage which helped released a lot of tension from my neck, back and legs. Facial was nice and effective too, skin felt revived and clear. I like that the therapist helped customise a suitable blend of aromatic massage oil on the spot to suit your particular need. A much needed respite from daily grind. Place is serene and clean. Heated bed is comfortable. My therapist really help me relax. Overall a very good experience. Would recommend anyone to give it a try.

My sister and I had a great experience at THIA Wellness, we had the 60 min signature body massage with Salve and Salina doing an amazing job at relieving tension from our necks, shoulders and lower backs with just the right amount of pressure. My husband and I had the most awesome massage! The atmosphere was perfect. We are welcomed by the very accommodating owner, Caren who offered us a quiet place to sit and relax and given a delicious cup of hibiscus tea. The massage therapist, Salve and Celina are so professional, friendly and used their excellent skills to get knead out the knots of our stresses. What a heavenly, relaxing experience! Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, chic serene space. Fantastic massage. The aqua peel facial is my summertime favourite treatment. Staff as so kind and wonderful. Affordable prices and they don’t push you to buy more or purchase packages. Love this place!
