Service was great. Especially their cleaning staff. They were attentative and kind. I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were a bit dated but clean. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was a bit hard but still relatively comfortable. I liked the view and location. It is right above a large mall with plenty of shops and food. It is also above an MTR station . Can get to anywhere in HK relatively quick. It is far from the airport but it's a nice and less crowded neighborhood. I recommend it to any travelers.

It’s dirty and dated and it smells bad. I definitely will not stay ever again. Everything has stains on it including the carpet, the desk, the curtains, the night stands, the bathroom, and just everything else. It was really great in the past, but absolutely gross now. I am so baffled by the good reviews. I also found a spider (or mite?) in bed.

Stay for a few months at Vega Suites during my own property renovation. Won’t recommend this place to others due to below reasons: 1) This is a property that over 15 years old with pretty poor maintenance. You can see the ages all over the furnitures / hardwares inside / outside the unit (attached are photos of their gym and one could see the level of maintenance by this property); 2) It was summer time when we were there. The air-con of the lift lobby on our floor had been out of order on and off for at least a month. It was very hot while waiting for the lift and water was leaking from the ceiling in the public area; 3) The girls working in the reception / concierge were not helpful at all. On a couple of occasions they saw me carrying stuff on both of my hands but they had no intention to help opening the door. I return to my own property after renovation and found that even a security guard of my property are way more helpful and welcoming than the girls in Vega Suites. Can’t believe that they called themselves a service apartment as their service are even worst than an ordinary private estate in HK. The two stars were given to the cleaning ladies and the location of VS. That’s all.

Warm services from guest service to room cleaning lady. But room condition is bad and design is old. Directly connecting to shopping mall makes everything comes very handy.

Very friendly and willing-to-help staffs. Especially Mr Dickson Leung went above and beyond to help us with our transportation to the airport due to excessive baggage. Truly appreciated.

Hotel is in a great area close by yea sports room food options. Rooms are clean and are decent sized though only 2 people are allowed in each room.
