Hannah was incredible and managed to squeeze me in for a fairly last minute booking! Had a soft gel mani pedi, took just over an hour which was extremely quick. Hannah and her colleague were very professional, meticulous and friendly. Great attention to detail. I had a bruised toenail which they managed to cover up perfectly. The salon was comfortable and cosy, great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I first chose this place as it had a large selection of colors and good accessibility. I’ve been getting my nails done regularly now for more than a year. Hannah is usually very responsive when it comes to booking and she has fast hands. I’d say overall quality of service is consistent.

I’ve been visiting Hannah for over 4 years now and it’s always excellent manicure and pedicure service. The location is convenient and the space is clean and cozy. Hannah is also super efficient! Highly recommend :)

Very disappointing service. The lady doing my nails could not be more careless in removing my gel nail. She removed soft gel nail with nail driller so hard it made my nails very thin like paper and red which hurt so badly had to stop her. I couldn’t get my nails done despite booking with them for nail service as it was so damaged. She also picked and pulled to remove cuticles which hurt and stung badly. I’m a returning customer with package but having done several treatments with them my nails have become so damaged I have doubts about their product quality and hygiene level. Not to mention the construction going on which was very disturbing listening to the drilling and loud noises the whole time last time I was there. The manager Hannah is also unfriendly always in a rush, just plain bad customer service and experience overall.

Lovely staff, great meticulous work whilst being efficient! Really loved my experience at Hayley’s, it’s very welcoming, will definitely be back! Highly recommend to all!
