    Conrad has always delivered a top notch experience for me and my family and which is why it has always been our first choice for family staycations. This time however were very disappointed . This is mainly because of the time limit policy (of 45 mins) for executive lounge access for tea set and cocktails, and even for the breakfast. One of the reasons we come to Conrad is to enjoy some of this in a leisurely way which has now been severely impacted due to this time restriction. We were even not able to complete one drink before we were asked to vacate for the next lot.

    Fantastic hotel and would stay again. Location - convenient and linked to the mall + MTR with direct underpass and lift / escalator access. Taxis readily available at the entrance too. Breakfast was great too, wide variety of western and Chinese cuisine. Loved the egg tarts too :) While decor of the hotel was a little dated, certainly grand and opulent. Room was clean and functional. Has a great view of the Peak too! Housekeeping was fantastic and attentive, even turned down our room thrice in a day when we were coming in and out. Pillow menu is available too. Concierge was very helpful and friendly and assisted us in making reservations for some restaurants. Highly recommend!

    Stayed at this Conrad location a few times already, the rooms are very spacious with good view. Staff member are very friendly and professional. Location is also very convenient a few minutes walk to public transportation. Love it, will be second visit this month.

    Impeccable Service with signature touch to guests. We have been staying at Conrad for 10 times all the year thru for all our festive & birthday, wedding anniversary celebration of ourselves or with our buddies even during this pandemic situation. We did enjoyed lunch or dinner there too. Attentive and well trained staff served with hearts, clean n tidy rooms, excellent service and food. Conrad is the only hotel which can make me feel special and feel like returning home. Unforgettable memories. Not just stay, stay inspired.

    I’m going to lead with the more redeeming parts of the hotel, and also disclose that I’m a Bonvoy guy but I also have status at Hilton brands. The good parts: the hotel is in a great location, the late night front desk guy who checked us in was very courteous, the bell guy that night was great, the room service was great too (especially the girl that delivered it). Also, and the best part of the stay, the two gentlemen servers in the executive lounge were very polite, friendly and extremely thoughtful. Not to mention their gym is great! The sauna and steam room and actually superior for a hotel. Now let’s get to the overall rating: I’ll start with everyone else at the front desk, they’re incredibly rude and make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by asking a simple question. This is assuming you can get any of them to acknowledge you. Next, the front desk people are very arrogant, rude, discourtesy, blatantly respectful and outright judgmental. They wouldn’t even acknowledge my wife or I when we first arrived, then they gave us attitude as if we shouldn’t even be there. It got to the point where I thought they were either bigots, or racists, but other Americans and Europeans conveyed to us they acted the same way to them. Which was very mean, and very nasty. My wife is European, and she was convinced that they hated Europeans in general until other people disclosed how they were treated. The rooms are outdated, and not on par with a 5 star brand like the Ritz or JW. Again, I normally stay at Marriott brands so this may be what normal Conrad’s look like. The gym staff failed to even offer us towels, keys for the lockers in the locker room or even direct us to the water. They did with other guest but not us for some reason. If this hotel’s goal was to be the most inhospitable hotel in all of Hong Kong, they exceeded expectations there. Overall, I have zero intentions of staying at that hotel ever again after the mean, nasty, distasteful and derogatory way we were treated, minus the aforementioned staff. Personally, if you have the option to stay at the JW, W or Ritz, I’d leverage the opportunity considering the price point. I only stayed there because I needed to blow through some Hilton Honors points but I have no intentions to ever step foot in there again.

    The hotel was a top hotel. This all has changed. Food quality has gone down . Executive lounge has become like a cafeteria. Quality of snacks and food not the same like before Covid.. Room amenities have been downgraded as well , I come for 40 years in this hotel and notice the changes. They are now mostly catering to mainland China guest but no longer to the international traveler needs. Please get the Hotel back the way we no it for 40 years.

    AMAZING!! I've stayed at 5 star hotels around the world, and was thoroughly impressed at the service from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredible in every department. From our check in with Roy, to the happy hours and breakfasts on the Executive Level (wish I knew names to thank personally!) to the front desk solving the only minor issue I had quickly and with kindness. My sense is that the hotel itself is a bit older, so the rooms are not necessarily new, but they are very well appointed, and quite large for Asia. My girlfriend and I were very happy. And the VIEWS!!! Stunning. From our room facing the mountains to the Exec Lounge facing the city. If I return to Hong Kong, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

    Prepaid with points, and they charged my card for two nights anyway. Very dated hotel, worst Conrad breakfast of any location and they make you wait for a table even when it’s half empty. The property is located on the hill so it’s not the easiest place to walk from. Diamond status gets you nothing. It might have been nice 30 years ago but feels like a doubletree now with the people they have working there.

    What a great stay in Central Hong Kong! As a Hilton Honors member I was greeted by name and luckily had an upgrade. The service was most exceptional and not intrusively so! You had privacy and yet we’re totally attended to. Moby from the executive lounge was very helpful and entertaining. He had great recommendations for local eateries off the beaten path. He always greeted us with a friendly smile. Sally, Rock and Paolo saw me almost everyday for my swim and workout in the fitness/pool section. They remembered my name and Rock always had two towels ready for me as my preference for the gym and the steam room after. The housekeeping team were exceptional. Every time I hit the button for the room to be made up, the room was always meticulously cleaned within 30-40 minutes. I never had my quiet time interrupted by housekeeping. It seemed they were always on standby and ready. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit!

    Great location and amazing staff Major issue - humidity and damp smell in rooms (regardless of the floor you stay on). The hotel needs refurbishing (carpets to go) to deal with the problem, as he humidifiers don't help anymore.

    Pro: Nice view and good location. Food is quite good for breakfast buffet. Con: Services at the lounge is slow, took 25 mins to have eggs and they forget some orders (downstairs buffet service is better than members lounge).! Pool is closed

    Hotel is OK, the major things letting this place down is the dining hall and breakfast service. It’s has the feel of a military canteen, after queuing for 10-20 minutes most mornings to get into the canteen you then had to battle what can only be described as a swarm of locus descending on the food which is utter chaos, you have to preorder drinks which arrive 20 minutes later and you’re then seated on a table with a random family who have little regard for your personal space. Not what is expected in a supposed 5 star hotel.

    On the heels of an incredibly frustrating experience with a different Hilton property, I want to shout out an amazing experience I had. I've been in the travel industry for a long time, and have had the good fortune to stay in a number of incredible hotels. The service at this place stands out, in terms of care for the customer. This is my 3rd stay with Hilton Conrad HK, and as usual it was a fantastic experience. Gloria Kwan and Jan Jansen took really great care of our family. We hadn't seen our family since before covid and they upgraded our rooms two separate rooms to an adjoining suite so we could more easily spend more time together, and had the rooms available early for us to check in to accommodate our flight schedules. While the rooms might be starting to get a smidgen bit dated, it was a total non issue to us. It was more than made up for because it was clean, comfortable, the views were fantastic, the the team's attention to service was exemplary. Conrad HK is conveniently attached to Admiralty Station, which makes it a convenient hub to get to most places. They also have a fantastic breakfast buffet and a great selection at the executive lounge. I tell everyone who visits HK to consider staying here. I look forward to my next visit!

    Totally loved our stay in Conrad! The room is so spacious! Welcome amenities were so lovely and the view from the room to the Peak is just amazing! The choice of food for breakfast is great! I highly recommend everyone to stay in Conrad! And never just stay, stay inspired <3

    Conrad Hong Kong is my first choice each time I visit Hong Kong. Its strategic location is connected to a mall and in the early morning I hike up Bowen hill for my exercise and fresh air. Conrad’s hotel staff from check in to the breakfast dining is always meticulous in the food I enjoy and they always remember that I love my steam pork bun even on days when there is no steam pork bun on the Buffett breakfast. Thank you Conrad Hong Kong for taking such good care of me and the attention to details in the smallest thing I require.

    We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at the Conrad in Hong Kong. Super well located right next to the park. It was the perfect place to come back to after long days of exploring and shopping, and the pool was the perfect place to decompress. Tyler and the other people working at the pool were super friendly and helped make us feel very at home. We will definitely be staying again.

    Typical Conrad, well maintained. Super well organised. Very friendly staff. Life music in the bar even on a Monday. Great rooms. Prepared for travellers like us who did not had cash for the taxi and they were prepared to pay the taxi cash and charge to the room. Great experience.

    Staying at Hilton brand hotels is always an absolute delight. Being a Gold Member, I am treated like royalty, ensuring that my stay is nothing short of exceptional. Hilton Conrad Hotel, true to its reputation, exceeded my expectations in every way. I chose to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday here, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The room was cozy, offering a breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour. The executive lounge and the wide range of facilities available at Hilton Conrad added to the overall experience. To our surprise, the staff presented us with a delectable chocolate cake to celebrate my partner's special day. We spent blissful hours lounging by the pool, indulging in fine wine at the pool patio bar lounge. The lunch buffet was an absolute delight, catering to diverse tastes with its impressive selection of international cuisines. What impressed us even more was the exceptional service we received. Taking advantage of our members' late checkout privilege, the staff extended their hospitality by granting us access to the executive lounge on both days of our stay. The friendly staff in the club lounge ensured our glasses of champagne were always refilled, while we enjoyed the magnificent view of Hong Kong's skyline in the dimly lit and intimate atmosphere. The service at Hilton hotels never fails to amaze me. Thank you for creating such a memorable and remarkable weekend for my partner's birthday. It was an experience we will cherish for a lifetime!

    Amazing hotel and amazing staff! I strongly believe the staff makes a great difference to the stay. And Conrad HK exceeds all expectations! From arrival to departure, in fact feeling sad to leave! All the staff were amazing. Particular Bosco at front desk. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by him. The moment he knew we were a family with young kids, he arranged for connecting room for us out of own initiative. What impressed us most was that he was not just helpful to us, we saw him very politely pointing directions to a food delivery person. He totally displayed what hospitality is about. Regardless whether you are guest or not. He treats everyone the same. So impressive! The hotel is blessed to have such a great team member! Sammi from Conrad Service was also very helpful. Great location, great hotel, great people! Will certainly be back!

    I just checked in today for my five-night stay. A big shout out to Bryan, Guest Relations Supervisor and Baron at the front desk for their outstanding service. Bryan reached out to me three days ahead of my check-in date and indicated that he will work hard to provide me an upgrade (I'm a diamond member), and he delivered! Bryan handled my check-in flawlessly. You just can't ask for more for the outstanding service. Looking forward to the rest of my stay.

    Conrad is one of my favorite hotels in the US so I tried it in HK. Satisfied with my stay. Definitely a 5-star hotel. Room, view, food, location all great, can shop in the same building! Only thing is service can be improved a little by more immediate action like table removal. Otherwise very happy!

    It's a high quality hotel with good restaurants (weekend brunch is highly recommended) and generally good service, but standards seem to slip in areas - we had a issue and request at check-in that the front desk didn't handle the best...however when the Manager stepped in he was fantastic. The bathrobe had a large dirty brown stain, bleach marks on carpet and the hygiene seals for rooms were already all broken (I think the intent was to put fresh ones, but they don't seem to change them between guests), the furniture in room was dated and not they are not well thought through (e.g. no mirror in room, only one plug by bed in twin room...so guess you have to choose which one of you charges your phone overnight). Go here for meals, or stay if you get a deal, but don't pay top dollar...there are better hotels to stay in.

    Feb 22: the first time had staycation in Conrad, the hotel is under Hilton Group which located a very good location. MTR downstairs, a large garden next to the hotel, a great shopping mall. The room is face to a hill with some buildings around. Although it is not a new hotel (it really need some renovations), the condition is good. In the room, the height of bed is not good for kids, the pillows are not soft one (maybe I love soft). Kids are a bit danger when sleeping ( I am afraid they will fall down). One point is the hotel can do one more step. As we are family staycation, the hotel can based on the customers’ situation to set up the room amenities, e.g. toiletries, slippers. From my experience, I need to told the front desk staff to ready two set of toiletries for kids and two slippers for kids. They can ready for customers before they arrived. I do not understand whether Hong Kong’s hotel can do, but I did experienced it in Japan. Nevertheless, not all Hong Kong hotels can provide kids amenities. 👍🏻 During COVID-19, Hong Kong people would be more experience on Staycation in Hong Kong. More experience, more requirement. :)

    Even under the covid 19 attacks is not a really good time for staycation, but how lucky I am , I find that front desk named Macy she is very helpful and patients try very hard to solve my problems and concerns . besides, one of the waiter in garden cafe name Kelvin who is very nice ,helpful and got a lovely smile. you never forget it and this is a very good experience telling you

    Just to supplement my rating: 1) some of the amenities in the room are old and not well functioning; 2) the way of treating the staycation customers in dinner buffet is awful, one of my worst experience in any 4-5 stars hotels. Already left my comments in the hotel website so not gonna to repeat the details here.

    The room has a setting of the 80's, with the fabric couch covers do not even line up with the shape of the couch. It makes you feel like staying in a poor man's home. The most ridiculous thing is the use of the executive lounge. We were told to call for reservation for cocktail and breakfast even I am a Diamond member and staying at the Executive suite. The overall stay was disappointing, we will never go back

    Good hotel in the heart of Admiralty. Stayed here as a part of 3 days quarantine package. The room was very comfortable. The meals options was okay but I can tell the view from rooms were amazing! I have put in some food pictures I got in the quarantine package. The staff got me whatever item I requested and the response was quick. Seamless check in and check out. Was provided with free RAT testing kit as well.

    I stayed here for the 3 nights quarantine. The staffs were super tentative. They took care of things right away. They were very organized to make sure you were safe to stay. The food was decent. I would definitely come back again for the normal stay.

    Grand hotel in the heart of Admiralty on top of Pacific Place mall and Admiralty MTR station is now showing its age. Large clean rooms with outstanding views are compromised by low ceilings and older furnishings and bathroom.Service is 5 star, but the food can be a little inconsistent. Premium pricing reflects it large rooms and prime location.

    I like their lounge with great view, that I can temporarily forget being in a crowded city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food wise, the room service menu was great, the breakfast buffer was ok, but the on-site restaurant wasn’t to my taste. Overall I like here and will stay again.

    We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights quarantine in late July. We had a very good experience. The reservation team are very patient to assist with the change of my booking (i.e. add a second person in my room and amend my name). The staff are very friendly and do their best to help us when we are in the hotel. We checked in after 4pm and they even provide us warm lunch. The hotel provides all essential things we need. The room is clean and tidy. However, there are some watermarks on the wallpaper. A small area of wallpaper is peeling. Otherwise, it is prefect to stay in this hotel.

    With half the rooms under maintenance after 2+ years of intensive Q service, don't expect an upgrade even as a Diamond elite. But the harbour or Peak views from the high floor are unbeatable. The hotel has done a good job to adapt their service for overseas visitors arriving under the 0+3 regime who are not permitted to dine in. Breakfast and the tea and cocktails (otherwise served at the still closed lounge) are now offered in-room instead. The staff seem grateful to have the rest of the world back with lots of smiles behind the masks.

    Amazing food, great internet connection. Room is very big with great view. Only small problem is the air con is too strong and room is too cold. I have to turn it off so I won’t feel too cold.

    The rooms are so old, despite in the best location and bearing the conrad brand, it feels like you're staying in guest house. The carpet smells damp and the wall paint was peeling, and the toilet was so old that it feels dirty even when it is not. Not worth the price it as for.

    I had a lovely 5-night stay at Conrad Hotel recently. Overall, it’s an elegant hotel and the service is just spot-on. Check-in/checkout was seamless. As Hong Kong government is still enforcing the three day medical surveillance upon arrival, the front-desk team explained to me in detail as to what to expect during my stay and alternatives to dine-in food/beverage, as well as some guideline on how to navigate the rules to make my stay as enjoyable. There is many ways to reach them and I tried WhatsApp, response was instant. Executive lounge/Food services took good care of me - they delivered breakfast, afternoon team, and even evening cocktail to my room during the first three days of my stay. Food quality was great and staff are very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy and clean. Concierge was spot-on. I had a super early checkout at around 1:30am. I informed the front desk the night before for some bell desk help and staff showed up at my door at 1:30am sharp with a luggage cart to help me. It was impressive. Thanks to the staff at Conrad Hong Kong. I had a wonderful stay.

    Although it is not a new hotel, it is a classy hotel located in Hong Kong Island. Room is not modern but it look grand. Service is good and all the staffs are helpful. The food in the Italian restaurant is amazingly good. Highly recommended.

    The staff at this Conrad was excellent, they met or exceeded anything we needed for our entire stay. Special thanks to evening manager Daniel, and overnight manager Jaden. During our stay my wife needed to go to the emergency room, they could not have acted any more professional and courteous. They did not miss a beat and kept both myself and my wife calm during the process.

    Wonderful hotel sited in the heart of Central with breathtaking views! The staff is extremely attentive, professional and kind. If you like the buffet style breakfast, Conrad will surprise you! Absolutely recommend as one of the top hotel in Hong Kong.
