Very small room, staff is so unprofessional, dirty surroundings, poor sanitation not even cheap.

Very small space...if u are claustrophobic it is not advisable to stay here. The guest house is located in the bldg where the ground floor is crowded with men keep on asking u if u have a place to stay. And shops with too many people. So if u are looking for safety it is not advisabe to stay here. Going to ur floor through the elevator takes too much time because elevator is crowded most of the time, takes time for u to get on queue..

The hotel is closer to the main city and shopping center , i preferer stay when i visit to HK, excellent services, i love it and nature view my room..Need to give customer complements memory without asking..something for memory . I really enjoy and fun. well ,Reasonable price, Value for money. Staff is very friendly , Comfortable stay

Waiting for the elevator was a pain, then had to argue an old lady who didn't let us in the elevator because she was taking out the trash :( Altough small, room was adequate enough for 3 of us and few luggages. Wifi, clean towel and water provided. Location is great! Staff also nice and friendly.

I doubt how it even got 2 stars, it was the worst experience of our lives. Even though we had a 10-day reservation, we had to move to another place on the 2nd day because we couldn't stand it. This was my cousin's mistake because he bought the place just by looking at the location and photos, without looking at the reviews. The photos are fake, the place is terrible, very dirty, stuffy, smelly and UNSAFE. Also it's not cheap. It's a place I wouldn't stay in even if I paid money for it. No self-respecting person can stay in such a place for more than a day. Update: They mentioned someone in the response, which I don't know who they are talking about. We neither checked in early (we got there at 5pm) nor did we complete our accommodation. We even arranged to stay at the California Hotel a few blocks away. I have no idea who they are talking about in the comment. We were 6 people, 3 rooms.

Location-wise is actually very good. Room is really small about 4m². Had to wait about an hour to get my room and it wasn't even the room I booked I think. Room I booked was block A but I got the one at the reception block instead. It was actually better though smaller since the elevators here are quite horrible. 2 elevators per block, max 7 pax, one only serves odd floors while the other serves even. Each time one direction only. Block A was always queueing while block D was lesser. This room is only good for really short stay(2-4nights). Happen to be there aroynd China's National Day and get to watch the fireworks display!

Its a great place to stay in cheap rates what you get and friendly staff and owner is great he serves me that's great for me
