Considering that I am an athlete it is pretty cool to see where they held the beijing Olympics. A giant soccer stadium, the swimming place, a nice big park area is an amazing attraction to see. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting beijing and can only imagine how amazing the atmosphere must have been back in 2008 during the Olympics.

It's Winter Olympic Season in China. Once you're in Beijing, it is a must see place. Built for the 2008 Summer Olympics.

It was a very interesting experience being in the stadium that held the Olympic Games. It wasn't too crowded and being in September, it was a very nice cool weather and it took us about 2 hours to slowly stroll around the Olympic park and take in all the sights and sounds. The soft music playing in the background throughout the park made it extra peaceful

[This review has been written in English, and is therefore not an automatic Google translation into this language.] If you manage to visit the Olympic Village, you will not be allowed to enter the bird-nest stadium, but you may be able to have a swim-session at the Olympic Swimming Centre; enjoy the sunset from within the Olympic Village and try to go afterwards to a food market nearby which is super easy to find. The arena stadium and the swimming pool was beautifully lit and perfect for pictures in the evening. You can actually purchase tickets to enter the stadium during the day. The construction of the swimming pool was especially interesting because the outside is constructed with solid glass/material while the inside layer is soft plastic, with air constantly pumped in, to create the bubble looking appearance!

The Olympic Green is an Olympic Park in Chaoyang District, Beijing, China constructed for the 2008 Summer Olympics. Beijing Olympic Park is where the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympics took place. It occupies a total area of 2,864 acres. Olympic park consist of National Stadium also known as Bird Nest stadium where Olympic games were held. When I visited it was summer days so please carry one umbrella with you and please prepare to walk for long distance. Nearest metro station are Olympic green and Olympic Park Station. There are food station everyone inside the Olympic park and best is Burger King located nearby gate L of Bird Nest stadium. In Olympic Park there is Water cube which is best to watch. Nearby has China National Convention Centre , major place for Conferences. You can visit Water Cube and National Stadium at night with a VIP ticket which can be purchased at the to ticket counters. Prices vary according to the season but usually it's around 80-100 Chinese Yuan. It's a best place to visit if you are going to Beijing. Do try the local cuisine, it tastes awesome.

Visited the Beijing Olympic Park while in Beijing. An extremely large complex so do consider taking one of the trams inside the park.

Magnificent and grandeur at night. Souvenir shops, food, and portable toilets around won’t tire you while walking quite a long one around the area.

The Beijing Olympic Park is a very impressive Olympic compound that hosted a majority of the 2008 Summer Olympics. The Park is getting even more modernized because it is also going to host the 2022 Winter Olympics in a couple years. One of the main attractions that we enjoyed without going into any of the facilities is just talking a stroll through the park at night time. All of the stadiums are well lit and it is quite a beautiful view. The park itself is also immaculately clean, but be warmed that it is quite a large park, so you will have to walk quite a bit of you want to enjoy the full park. I highly recommend checking out the Beijing Olympic Park if you have a spare hour or so in your Beijing vacation itinerary at night.

We really enjoyed the park, it was beautiful and it’s exciting to see what they will do for the next Olympics they’re hosting. I reserved a point because of the low level of maintenance especially for the bathrooms.

It is a good experience to see the venue where olympics was held. Walk around and see the different areas where different Olympics events were held. They have done a good job in maintaining the place.

The Olympic Park is a hub of sports activities, including football, swimming, tennis, and badminton. The standout feature, especially at night, is the mesmerizing blue cube with a water-like flow on its outer surface. The main stadium, resembling a bird's nest, is a must-visit. Adjacent to the stadium, you'll find quaint shops offering souvenirs at unbeatable prices. Take advantage of the multilingual shop assistants to bargain effectively – I managed to get one free item with the purchase of five. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Sorry, I just want to rate the shuttle service for the Olympic Park, not about the Olympic Park, the shuttle service ride so fast and the guide speaking in Mandarin in a gargle speed. Hold tight, buckle up, else you will be throw out from the bus with this speed! And even though the ticket mentioned you will not be timed when you free to take photo in front the nest but the driver said you only have 15 minutes. Else he will leave.

There is only one word for this place--massive. The main thoroughfare goes on forever with various venues running along both sides. But the most impressive of these venues is the stadium itself where the opening and closing ceremonies took place. Be sure and go inside for a look around, and you can also go onto the roof for a great view of Beijing.

Alot of people will visit the olympic village in the day, but I recommend coming here in the evening or at night when the Olympic village is lit up. I personally find it alot more photogenic and impressive in the night. Furthermore the crowd is significantly smaller here after dark and so you will be able to enjoy most of the olympic park in peace and quiet. This could be a great place for a nice slow walk in the evening after you have had dinner. Spend some time walking around the entire area and you will find that there are many nice angles that you are able to take photos from. If you wish to enter into the stadium however, I would recommend coming in the day as the ticket booth to enter closes quite early.
