Understand that this is one of the top beef noodle places in HK. But honestly vs Thai, vietnamese or Malaysian beef noodles...it's a far cry

Maybe it's just us. The noodle here is totally horrid and not to our taste. We were looking for a place to eat and saw a big crowd outside this restaurant so we taught it can't be bad. I think if you like beef it's probably going to be more suitable. We don't eat beef, so we ordered wonton and some fish paste with tofu toppings. The soup was strange tasting, the vege was topped with a very wet fuyu (腐乳）sauce. Horrible.

Pretty good braised beef flank noodles. Items can sell out by later on in the day. Got there at 7pm and stood in line for 10 mins, by passing some bigger groups since we were just two and could split the table with others. I don't read chinese but they do have a foeign language menu. The staff was quite friendly and patient with us as we figured out our orders given that there is non stop bussiness.

I ordered a 4 toppings noodle with thick egg noodles including beef tendon, beef balls, squid , and pork blood. The noodles were cooked to a perfect al dente, the broth was pretty flavorful but pretty hot, and all the toppings were appropriate in taste and texture. However due to the fast pace nature of the restaurant it was pretty hard for me to fully enjoy the soup as it was still steaming hot. However I cannot really complain at all as it is a really affordable and filling meal. The place has an English menu and the Auntie/Uncles are pretty helpful, though a bit rushed due to the quick seat turnover.

The soup is good. Rich and flavourful without being murky. Beef balls tasted good had decent bite. No english menu, so if u're unsure what to order, tell them you want beef noodles, then choose which meat you want (tendon, brisket, balls, tripe), and your type of noodles. Service is brisk and curt, and expect to share tables. We had to share even when we were there at 230 on a thursday Our noodles with 2 meats costs 38 each, and a cup of soy mik costs 10

Though I acknowledge that the food here tasted fresh, the way my family was treated was absolutely horrible and uncalled for. We don’t speak Cantonese, so I tried communicating with the waiter and waitress in both mandarin and English. They pulled a long face, rolled their eyes and yelled at us. NO PATIENCE AT ALL. Hong Kong is well known for being internationalized, so I cannot believe regional discrimination still pervaded in 2024. If you prefer having “anger, frustration” as the side dishes, sure, pls do come here and have a taste. Good luck

Excellent chicken wing tips, must not miss it!! Sweet white radish & chewy pork neck Reasonable price given its location Slightly longer waiting time for the noodles And we had to wait for about 10 minutes at about 2pm(what a popular restaurant!! Better order some drinks because it’s savoury :D
